Shin terrific job describing the food you ordered. I like that you say why you like a specific food and also what is a little off on other selections. I am Italian and that lasagna, garlic bread, the chicken alfredo really spoke to me. I love cannoli and creme brulee also. Loved this video Shin great job. Keep up the good work.

I have gone pretty deep down the rabbit hole and have found out some very helpful facts about many topics. Hormones are manipulated by diet. The ketogenic diet and intermittent fasting lifestyle is very important along with exercise and direct sunlight. You can do your own research but if you want that control over ghrelin/leptin or insulin/glucagon then you just need to research. There is mitochondria in every cell inside your body that creates adenosine triphosphate (ATP) This is the energy currency of the cell, you can't think a thought or move a finger without it. ATP is produced by the mitochondria using either glucose or ketones. Ketones are a much cleaner fuel because glucose has Reactive Oxygen Species as a by product of burning it. Just research Dr. Mercola and Dr. Berg on RUclips... Good Luck with your new improved version of yourself! Happy New Year!! 2023
