That was a great episode, the Gibb River road soon to be hwy looks like a great trip. Tunnel Creek looks amazing, freshie's and all. Has Steph checked out a RUclips channel called The Salted Pepper? She does heaps of videos on cooking with the Ninja Foodi Combo, worth a look.

How epic is Tunnel Creek, I’ve done it 3 times now and it was different each time ! Looks like you didn’t get to Windjana Gorge, it’s incredible, different to all the other gorges and heaps of crocs there. So you’ll definitely have to do the Gibb again 😂😂. I LOVE much you guys loved The Gibb, and every episode has been amazing to watch, thanks so much ❤️❤️❤️
Bloody hell, we loved every minute of Tunnel Creek, it was epic. We will have to get back to do Windjana Gorge i think, everyone says how gorgeous it is.

☺️ it was awesome to get back to the free camping as well, for the hip pocket and we just feel more at home 🏡 no not at all, we found we had too much water 😅 fees spot along the Gibb to refill

Hi Hayley. So the peg thingy actually broke. It was really good and served its purpose but I’ve been on the hunt for a metal one as the plastic one really deteriorated in the 🌞.
You can buy them from Mitre10 if your interested. Someone messaged through saying ‘Temu’ have metal ones which I’ve been meaning to checkout myself.
The beetroot salad is a polish recipe:
X1 tin of sliced beetroot (cut into long pieces)
Add Greek yogurt, Lemon juice, Pink salt, Gerkins finely diced, Garlic, Dash of olive oil
Hopefully I didn’t miss anything 😅
