Don’t take negative comments , you two are amazing , your doing a wonderful job with the raising of your boys, thank you so much for taking us along with you on your journeys, we look forward to Friday so much waiting to see what you all are up to love you all 👌🥰
Karajini is one of WA,s best kept secrets. I was blown away when we went there , I couldn't believe nobody had said anything about it while we were travelling round Oz. That and the Gibb river rd were my 2 favourite places
Thanks for your great vid again. We've done it in Jan, April and Sept on 6 occasions with grandkids, friends and family. Nowhere near as many people and the water is a comfortable temperature. Joffre and Kalamina gorges are wonderful. It looks like you didn't get to Handrail Pool - which is just fantastic.
Great to see this geology with you and your boys. You haven't bagged anyone, mearly expressing that there are a lot of people there! You guy travel the least travelled roads! Good work . ❤
Thanks Nick and Elenya for a raw look into visiting touristy places. I'm a bit like you guys in terms of fighting tourist crowds. It's just not our thing, (K'gari might be the exception ) so to see you both also feeling the same, was reassuring. While Karijini certainly looks amazing, swimming with heaps of other people, yep...nah ...And hats off to the boys and the way you are raising them to be resilient, fearless and all round amazing young humans . I love the comment Nick about how our bodies only have so many kms in them to walk in a life time. I'm with you and think I'm reaching my replacement stage so to see the actual track in to these gorges made me realise its probably something I can no longer tackle...I'll stick to those hidden gems from last week where the creek comes to you. THANK YOU BOTH
Thank you so much for taking the time to comment! ✨ haha yes nick and I feel like we’ve hit that quota on our joints already 😂😂🤠 thanks again for the support 🤠
GREAT to see your faces again after missing you all last week - Our Friday night wasn't the same 😂 What a good Episode and good to see Nicko not burning food - you need to get some pointers off him Elenya 😂
Love your channel. Your boys are a delight. Yes lots of people but enough room for everyone. We watch a lot of RUclips and we see the same places over and over. Well done to all RUclipsrs for taking the time to share their experiences. Favourite is Elnick Adventures.
Just love your guys. You tell it like you see it. Anyone who thinks you are bagging others have got it wrong. You guys (and myself) are just so lucky to have seen a lot of these places pre crowds. It’s so hard to see these places so crowded. Im starting to think I will have to get used to extreme temps just so I can travel ‘off season’. Don’t change anything guys. You rock!
Been waiting all day for this one, wish it was longer though, but I know it takes tons of time....... Awesome Ep guys, just loving it, but like you guys, I prefer the less populated area 🤙 Thanks for the share guys 👀🤙👍
Great video. You took us to a few amazing spots. The boys are so capable and confident, you are building an incredible foundation for their life with the experiences you expose them too. Thanks for taking us along. By the way, I dont think I have ever said how awesome your videography and editing is. The shots you get makes this channel one of my favourites. ❤😊
WoW JUST WoW ~ you guy's have outdone yourselves. Those ledges, steep hikes and icy water pools were mad....and lm with the both of you regarding the asbestos too. Thankyou for all the hard work you put into this channel, thankyou for sharing your lives on here also.
Thanks so much! Really appreciate your comment! It was a great adventure but yes not a fan of the boys climbing on all the rocks with all the asbestos (:
So glad my wife and I experienced Karijini back in the day when it was all dirt roads and very few people. Sadly as these places open up and become more accessible it will take the shine off visiting these wonderful remote places.
Loving your videos @Elnick.Adventures. My partner and I watch them every week and you've inspired me to travel and have kids on the road!!! I have an idea for Elenya's gourmet cooking show!! - Cob loaf Bake some of your amazing bread, when cooled down pull the centre of the bread out so it looks hollow (like a bowl) make sure you leave a layer of bread down the bottom. Keep inner bread aside for later. Dice up some red onions fry on a pan, add in a packet of dry french onion soup & frozen spinach. Add 2/3 tubs of sour cream & 2 table spoons of mayo, mix well. Put mixture back into bread a bake for a further 5/10 mins to get crispy bread. Dip bread into cob loaf & enjoy :) Also no waste you can eat the whole thing its so good!
Love your channel big time...I think slice had too much Condense Milk but good to see her try to make something maybe next time more weatbox and paper under so U can pull it out and slice it up... I liked the last pool U guys went into look fantastic...I know I will never get there in my life time...😂😂😂
Here we go for another much anticipated update. Will the boys have their own cooking segment?, will last weeks secret location be exposed?. We will have to wait and see and obviously give another thumbs up. As always, the best possible way to start a weekend is watching your latest adventures. Keep up the great work Elenya and Nick. Cheers.
Visit Karijini in summer water is beautiful and no people PERFECT 🙌 So glad you guys didn't reveal last weeks location as that would end up with crowds like Karijini leave some of these locations quiet for us locals.
No you just have your bit, and then offers the bit he just put in his mouth. Man that was a belly laugh for me. I love how you hang sh*t on each other in your own little way. Good video guys.
Your kids and you guys did amazing getting into the spots you did. We were possibly there very close to when you were. We found it way too hard with our 3 little boys. The eldest stood right at the edge of a sheer drop at Hamersley and we were a bit shaken by that. Then the middle one tripped walking almost everywhere, which was only the safest walks and going to the lookouts 😂 we decided we've already had enough trips to emergency lately and took it easy.
Yeah she was an effort but we got there 😂 yeah we all had a few bruises and hits afterwards 😂 it’s hard with kids hey! But don’t blame you sitting these one out! We were ruined the next couple of days hahaha Thanks for watching guys 🤠
That rock climb getting out looked hectic az, the boys have no fear 🤙🏽 I think you could of added at least 1 more point on your score for it not being burnt 😂
Another great episode. Bit of a rude shock to the system after the last trip you were on 😂 It does look pretty. I don't think I'd fancy some of those rock climbs. How aren't people axing themselves on those 😂
A very rude shock but another ticked off (: Yes I don’t know how more people don’t axe themselves! It’s incredibly slippery and some of the rock climbing is extremely sketchy 😂

Opinion on the crowds is 💯 valid… these places are slowly being commercialised and sealed roads to get there… feels like there isn’t as much of an adventure to get there and making it easier for the 2wds to get in on the action. Charlotte plains station a prime example of that! Either way great Ep 👍🤠
Seems like the place to be if you are 'Gorge-ous' Elenya! Which you are Elenya! WHo's under the thumb Nick? huh? "Oh well we'll just turn off here...what's down this track?" I can't wait to see what Elenya cooks NEXT week since they have so little food left today, and they have to last another 5 days..No skipping into Maccas on the way home you two! Well done Elnick adventures, what a month! WELL DONE!!!
Hi you 2 , we totally agree with you about crowds which have increased 10 fold since the pre Covid times . Was never so busy anywhere in WA especially . We have been to Karijini several times and the water is always very cold . Our first visit was in 1985 , with a caravan and 2 small daughters . Karijini was known as Hamersley Ranges , no bitumen roads , no signage , co specific campgrounds , no tourist information centres , no steps and handrails or designated lookouts . Good on you all for swimming in the cold water and the boys look like rock monkeys climbing so carefree up and down the rock face . Hope you enjoyed your ice creams recently .
was going to suggest where you head too in the next episode, i get there quite often in the work ute haha. a little further down the tarmac on the right hand side of the road is a sweet little swim spot too, more so in the wet season. alot of people float down the river in big tyre tubes :)
Your candid exploration of Karijini National Park and the way you share your experiences is both eye-opening and engaging. It's clear that your journey has been filled with unexpected twists and turns, and your honest reflections make your content all the more relatable and valuable. Thank you for taking us along on this adventure, and for the unique insights you provide. And I am Floating Village Life, Hit follow and let's explore together!
U should have swum in fern pool at dales gorge as it’s not cold like the rest of them . But the asbestos like someone else said is everywhere in WA . Not sure About the eastern states eh but they closed circular pool for that reason and it’s been visited by many thousands since . The short time frame we walk the magnificent gorges probably won’t give u asbestos’s. U will love fern pool and the falls but unfortunately they built a big platform at fern pool and it was way nicer natural without it and only the lil jetty to get in and out of the fern pool itself to swim across to sit under the waterfall there . We missed u by 5 days BUGGER . Would love to have said gidday . Can’t wait to see what u think of the ningaloo coast and Kimberley’s 😊
Yes we swam in fern pool at the end, so beautiful (: yes the asbestos is visibly everywhere, all over the rocks you climb in the gorges. Such a beautiful spot though! Thanks for watching 🤠
Get videos, look forward to them all. Just noticed another very famous RUclips couple that use the exact same intro as Elenya’s Cooking Show but uses her name. I know you’ll know them for sure, can’t believe it when I heard it. Drive safe and have fun.
Well guys we were at Karijini 10 years ago and it was like it was 50 kms from Perth then, just people everywhere but there again they were mostly back-packers, from your pics seems more family orientated now. After reading some of the comments that have been left, we're not sure you will get a job promoting it as a tourist destination.. We felt Ollie was the star of the ep his determination to get those snags in the dirt and the pics of him hanging around the food table with his mouth open wide just waiting for a spoonful of food to be thrust into it had us laughing till it hurt. Sounds like you two are heading down the Spiders path, living an isolated life with as little contact as possible with the madding crowds. Unfortunately outback Australia is becoming more accessible every day, it won't be long and one of the great outback roads "The GCR" will be all bitumen.❤❤ ps Nick washing that snag was becoming a bit pornographic.
Hahahah😂 as always love reading your comments! No we are not wanting to advertise for areas, we are documenting our travels with the boys and us so it’s something we can remember, just very fortunate enough to have so many lovely people like yourselves follow our adventure too (: yes the snag cleaning did get a little x rated 😂
I had to close my eyes watching Elenya trying to cut the chocolate slice i thought she might slip and cut her arm 😬😬😬. Hopefully you enjoyed it when you finally got a piece.
HI you two, asbestos is okay whether it be refined or not. It is only if it becomes airborne that it can be a problem. Not just airborne but that you are exposed to it repetitively, The human respiratory system is capable of straining such foregn material in small doses.
Appreciate that! We weren’t a fan of it visibly all over the rocks we were climbing especially our boys and the wind that races through those gorges (: but each to their own (: thanks for watching 🤠
Bloody asbestos hey, the J.H people said it was so safe you could sprinkle it on your weet bix and eat it !! Never seen one of them try it though. I liked the camera shot with Elanya jumping in the pool and Nick coming out with the camera 👍
Hey guys. Great Video. However your continual comments about all the other people. Maybe there all thinking the same thing as well. You have to think at least they too are getting OUTATHERE and enjoying the country and not home on their XBOXES. Its a great country, everyone should be able to enjoy, it just so happened that everyone had the same idea as you to visit on that day. You've got 41k subs watching you guys so you aren't 'on your own'. As long as people don't leave their rubbish lying around, and leave the place 'better' then they found it, good on them for getting out and seeing our great country. 👍👍
Yes 100% well said! We just made comment about how many people were there not saying they shouldn’t be there (: it’s great how people are out there enjoying our country 🤠 thanks for watching 🤘
I really love ya channel and totally understand about crowds I don’t really like lots of people either but I guess these type of destinations you don’t have much choice What I’m a bit bemused about is if the your concern about the asbestos was so great you could have packed up and hightailed it out of there but you kept going let your kids keep climbing the rocks 😮my concern is if people of power who watch these channels start to enforce restrictions then I might never get to see these great places Is it really that bad in it’s natural state I don’t think so and if you really thought it was why are you continuing to take your family on the hikes Now I’m not bagging you out love tour videos Cheers Oh also love the cooking segment
Appreciate the support and totally understand your comment however this was the last gorge when we had noticed the asbestos and we were half way through it, if we chose to turn around when we discovered this we would of had to scramble up the rocks back up the top so we chose to continue and go back up to the top via the stairs (:
If you insist on going to places in July/august, when every southerner goes north, what do you expect? When i went to Karijini, there was no one, except our group. Try these places in either early spring/early autumn. And if there's a sealed road expect crowds.
Hey James (: 100% agree, karijini was beautiful but we were shocked and probably won’t return (: each to their own! We were extremely disappointed by the amount of asbestos that us and our boys were visibly climbing on. It’s not for everyone (:
Wittenoom Gorge is well worth the visit. peace and quiet, no crowds and you dont have to go anywhere near the old mine to see some amazing scenery. You came in to more 'contact' with asbestos in Karajini than what you would have if you had gone Wittenoom, people were even still living in the town off grid up until a few years ago.
Come on guys! What's with the title, don't lose touch with your base. I have been to Karijini many times with my kids over the past 20 years, and it is magical place!😔
It is a magical place! We didn’t say it wasn’t (: we were just shocked about the asbestos that’s covered in the rocks we all climb on through the gorges etc. (:
@@elnick.adventures Hi guys firstly thank you for replying I do sincerely appreciate it. I understand what you are saying, however I felt that there are better ways to draw attention to this issue than using thumbnails that fee like 'clickbait'. Your authenticity is what makes you stand out from the rest [we all know who they others are] and as I travel around Australia, and I talk to people in caravan parks we all agree Elnick's genuineness and realness is what we all admire. Kind regards, Chris
I’m amazed - are you saying that in the cold season, the water is cold, and in peak tourist season, there are plenty of tourists like yourselves? How does that work???
Don’t take negative comments , you two are amazing , your doing a wonderful job with the raising of your boys, thank you so much for taking us along with you on your journeys, we look forward to Friday so much waiting to see what you all are up to love you all 👌🥰

I have an idea for Elenya's gourmet cooking show!! - Cob loaf
Bake some of your amazing bread, when cooled down pull the centre of the bread out so it looks hollow (like a bowl) make sure you leave a layer of bread down the bottom. Keep inner bread aside for later. Dice up some red onions fry on a pan, add in a packet of dry french onion soup & frozen spinach. Add 2/3 tubs of sour cream & 2 table spoons of mayo, mix well. The best bits after Kermit Pool but a big swim at the end and A climb up ancliff at the back of Weano gorge coming out at Weano Pool. Such a shame its all bitumen now and Packed full of vans and people.

Awesome vid as always, where do you get your cooking pan from with the blue handle?
Hillbilly camping gear (:

Thank you! We are so proud of them (:
We camped at the old town of wittenoom years ago and visited the old mine site
Yep we used to camp in the water holes in the 70s and NO people

Lovely ep and spots guys
Thanks Craig! 🤠🤘
Thanks!
You’re the best! Thank you so much ☺️
Get videos, look forward to them all.
Just noticed another very famous RUclips couple that use the exact same intro as Elenya’s Cooking Show but uses her name. I know you’ll know them for sure, can’t believe it when I heard it.
Drive safe and have fun.
Oh really 😂 so glad you enjoy the episodes! Thanks so much for watching and supporting us 🤠
If you go anywhere that popular in peak season, you will find crowds. Get a little away from the easy to reach spots and things change.
100% agree !(:
😂😂 don’t worry, chefs know how to handle a knife hahahah (: thanks for watching ✨🤠
Living the dream 💯🇦🇺
thanks for watching ✨🤠
When did all that infrastructure get put in? Lived in T.P. 89-94 dont remember any bitumen ladders etc
Not too sure sorry Barry! Thanks for watching 🤠
Another cracka episode guys. I reckon you should call your session Elenya's creative cooking 😂😂❤
Haha yes that’s probably a better name for it 😂 thanks for watching 🤠
years since ive had condensed milk id give you a ten it looked fab
Thank you David! 🤘
Your boys are outright legends some of the walks they just taken asteroid
Yes we were so proud of them! We were buggered the next couple of days (:
U should come to Karratha there is good fishing
It’s on the cards (: thanks for watching ✨🤠
Hey Team,
Love your videos. I have a question, how do you get your underwater case from not fogging up??
Good question! :/ so we use GoPros and have currently started using Insta360 camera (:
Awesome. I am a huge fan of insta360. Just trying to work out the no fogging up on the watercase
Pilbara mob go when in the summer once all the nomads rack off south cause it’s to bloody hot 🤣🤣
Don’t blame them 😂😂
Bloody asbestos hey, the J.H people said it was so safe you could sprinkle it on your weet bix and eat it !! Never seen one of them try it though. I liked the camera shot with Elanya jumping in the pool and Nick coming out with the camera 👍
😂😂😂 so safe touching it all as you climb the rocks especially with the wind howling through. But each to their own! (: thanks for watching ✨🤠
18:42 "Hurry up, finish washing up" Hahahaaha do what you're told big fella😀😀
😂😂😂 he never does the washing up 😂 thanks for watching ✨🤠
@@elnick.adventures 😄😄 Love your show keep up the great work.
“So many people??!!” 😂 You are what?
thanks for watching ✨🤠
Hay guys when are you in Perth, would love to catch up for a chat an check out the beast.
Hey! Not 100% when we will be back probs around Chrissy time (:
Seriously, if you want to be there by yourself go early in the morning. Don't let your lack of planning taint your experience.
We do try and hit these places early however managing 3 young kids in a rooftop tent isn’t the easiest at times (: appreciate your comment though 🤘
My family live in Tom Price best time to visit is summer, no tourists…just locals
We are yet to explore there but from what I’ve seen it looks beautiful (:
You need to get some floaties too.
Yes 100% you do! (: thanks for watching ✨🤠
I really love ya channel and totally understand about crowds I don’t really like lots of people either but I guess these type of destinations you don’t have much choice
What I’m a bit bemused about is if the your concern about the asbestos was so great you could have packed up and hightailed it out of there but you kept going let your kids keep climbing the rocks 😮my concern is if people of power who watch these channels start to enforce restrictions then I might never get to see these great places
Is it really that bad in it’s natural state I don’t think so and if you really thought it was why are you continuing to take your family on the hikes
Now I’m not bagging you out love tour videos
Cheers
Oh also love the cooking segment
Appreciate the support and totally understand your comment however this was the last gorge when we had noticed the asbestos and we were half way through it, if we chose to turn around when we discovered this we would of had to scramble up the rocks back up the top so we chose to continue and go back up to the top via the stairs (:
If you insist on going to places in July/august, when every southerner goes north, what do you expect? When i went to Karijini, there was no one, except our group. Try these places in either early spring/early autumn. And if there's a sealed road expect crowds.
Thanks for the tip Heather (:
Thanks for sharing your adventures wish I was one of your kids. 👍
Thanks for watching!🤘 hahah they have a good life hey hahaha
right time of year for the grey army go when its hotter October to march your on your own
Thanks for the tip 🤘thanks for watching ✨🤠
Yeah- I hate crowds too. Too many people just like me all in one place…. Ugh😂
😂hahaha thanks for watching Ross! 🤠
Love a green light lol
thanks for watching ✨🤠
People bad, no people good. 😂❤
😂 thanks for watching ✨🤠
So you headline says you were shocked! And won’t return…
Karijini is a beautiful place, what are you on about?
Hey James (: 100% agree, karijini was beautiful but we were shocked and probably won’t return (: each to their own! We were extremely disappointed by the amount of asbestos that us and our boys were visibly climbing on. It’s not for everyone (:
Wittenoom Gorge is well worth the visit. peace and quiet, no crowds and you dont have to go anywhere near the old mine to see some amazing scenery. You came in to more 'contact' with asbestos in Karajini than what you would have if you had gone Wittenoom, people were even still living in the town off grid up until a few years ago.
Everything was closed off to wittenoom gorge with massive signs saying Closed - Danger Asbestos (:
😂😂 thanks for watching 🤘
2WD'ers remote is a lot different to what you consider remote. I hate crowds too, but I need to get there on my next trip, because I only have 2WD. 😢
Yes everyone has different types of remote (:
Thanks
Wow thank you soooo much Trevor! 🤠
