Hello, there are hairdryers at the room, but we didn't use it. No soap in bathroom, you need to bring it or buy it.
Best what you can do while staying at this hotel is rent a car and travel thru west Crete (Elasonisi, Balos, Rethymno and all other places). Hope this helps :-)
