I'd like to mention that Adam Sandler and Dew Barrymore and also Adam Sandler with Jennifer Aniston are both some of my favorite romcom pairings in the history of romcoms. They just have great chemistry together.
I won't even call 50 First Dates a Guilty Pleasure, because I think it's a genuinely good movie. It has charm, humor, and heart in spades. The finale alone redeems any of the major flaws with the movie as it is so rewarding and I like how it does not "magic," away the problem central to the heart of the film. In addition, that Hawaiian version of Somewhere Over the Rainbow is absolutely perfect as it captures both the joy and bittersweet nature of this relationship excellently.
Since this list had “Love Don’t Co$t a Thing” on it, it gave me an idea for another list (which you may have already made.) Movie remakes you didn’t know were remakes. Love Don’t Cost a Thing is a remake of Can’t Buy Me Love...which, oddly enough, was also a guilty pleasure rom com!

I wish there would be a mention of the Nicolas Cage and SJP cheesy but sweet rom-com Honeymoon in Vegas. It’s really cute especially with all the Elvis songs throughout.
Only you is my favorite romantic comedy of all time, you can't go wrong with Robert Downey and Marissa Tomey in the beautiful backdrop of Italy, it's so fun and amazing, I will forever love it

The other day my mom wanted to watch a movie and we found something in Spanish that we both wanted to watch, she because it was a romcom, me because it had this gorgeous Mexican actor I just rediscovered. Turns out it was the Mexican remake of 50 First Dates. What's even funnier is that my mom has watched the original with me, but because her memory can be a bit fuzzy at times due to a series of seizures she had some years ago, she didn't remember.
