    Use weight around 2-3kg or more if you want to challenge yourself! Do this 3 times a week with day off after each session! You will see noticeable changes in 1-2months 🎉! Goodluck!❤

    Thank you for being my online teacher dear Mizi. I never stop doing the exercise using her video for almost 4 months and now I'm losing 13 kgs already. From 71 to 57.       @@MIZILEE Hi Mizi... I finished this entire routine today and I feel amazing, it was HIIT for me but i use 1 kg weights so it was not as exhausting as well... it was wonderful... thank you so much i will do it alternative days as you suggested.

    Hey Mizi, I have been doing a few of workouts recently and I love them, I have an ankle injury so I would love it if you made ankle friendly cardio, hiit workouts. Also an ankle friendly leg workout. Hope you would consider this all. Nonetheless I love your workouts

    This workout was so so good. I've been doing workouts from different people but I keep coming back to yours. Not too hard but not very easy either. Did this with two 1.5 kg db and one 2.5 kg. The moves are easy to follow, also after break u have a starting position so it is easier to keep up. Thank you!

    ive lost all momentum before covid i was fit and athletic i spent lots of money on a trainer i was looking my best, got sick with covid and long covid that ive turned chubby again, 4 yrs later ive gt covid again and the same long covid. It sucks.
