The 1 W Cliff gets...considering his G1 VA quit the show, dies in Prime which started a meme of his death in the BB movie and some comics runs. Was a desk jocky in Animated and cameo'd in War for Cybertron (only to die offscreen). I think he was absent from Cyberverse...dang, they brought in Skybyte, Hot Rod, and Cheetor in that show but Cliff was amiss lol.
He didn't die in fall of cybertron, it's in the alligned continuity. The Cliff in Prime and The Cliff in FOC are the same character(Somehow). Still not great.

As somebody who grew up with Hotshot, I was glad for his time. But I adore Bumblebee and the original cast. Now if we can juuuust figure out how to get them both in the same comic to cause some golden mayhem.
That'll last until Skybound rebuilds Bumblebee into Goldbug (also, Arcee has had to scrap by on her fingernails, Transformers Prime Arcee isn't even really Arcee, she's Chromia, Hasbro just made them change her name last minute).

Honestly, shame that she is not actually named Chromia, at least this way a relatively obscure character would gain deserved time in the limelight, and people who liked her character would be able to ask for more Chromia, instead of insisting that every iteration of Arcee now should be blue snark with tough exterior.
We're talking about the same comic series where Optimus uses Megatron's arm cannon as part of his alt mode and Spike sacrifices himself to repower the Matrix.
not gonna lie seeing Bee not be shoved into the spotlight is a nice change of pace, issue 7 is building something very interesting for the character. Maybe if we get a motion comic maybe we could The Rock to reprise's his role as Cliff for it.

I will say man, the benefit of AI is 1/100th the cost, and total control. The hardest part is emoting, but if you play around with it, you can get good approximations. Maybe one day there will be a good AI synthesizer with my voice that I can morph around with
