I just realized something... Isn't gender for s Cybertronian a preference? Like it doesn't matter if they are male or female all they need is two sparks that have bonded with each other amd they can make a new Cybertronian!
Half right. That is what they need for a relationship but they themselves don't make new Cybertronians. How this is done changes between versions of transformers. My favourite is every couple thousand years Primus make a few hundred new Cybertronians and the older ones can decide to adopt the new ones.
