Hi - just purchased the Justin Case and I was excited to use it but I can’t even find the weather stripping in my husband’s Mercedes Sedan. Is there any other way to hook it on? Also, he said that if I do find the weather stripping, he’s not sure we will be able to put it back as snugly as it was before. Any help/guidance would be much appreciated. (By the way, for credibility’s sake, I found the weather stripping in my Hyundai Elantra but that’s not the car we’re taking). Thanks!

The Justin Hooks are attached directly to the door frame, under the door concealing rubber.
Therefore, the bag is secure all the time, even when opening and closing the door.
GetJustinCase does this scratch the roof and does it do well enduring rains and all the wind traveling across country if it’s full of airport size luggage bags??
I'm taking a cross-country road trip and curious how susceptible to theft these are? Can someone just cut the straps and run off with your carrier?
