If I want to use them to transition between say chorus and verse or whatever, do they need to be on a note that falls in the key of the song or I can just slide from wherever? Thanks a lot again.
It depends man - with this for example, the slide is exact whereas if you’re just talking about sliding into a chord or a note for extra emphasis or decoration, then you slide from anywhere or the previous chord/note. It depends what’s required for that particular part.👍🏻
