    Stir-fried anchovies.
    (Ingredients)
    100g of small anchovies,
    1/2 cup of garlic and 1 spicy chili pepper.
    1/3 cup of pine nuts, 1/2 cup of walnuts, 1/2 cup of peanuts.
    (Stir-fried seasoning)
    3 tablespoons of cooking oil, 1 tablespoon of thick soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of rice wine(Cheongju), 1 tablespoon of sugar.
    (After stir-frying, turn off the heat)
    2 tablespoons of corn syrup, 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds, and a bit of sesame powder.
