Super simple tutorial :D
In case you cannot find any audio plugins in your Vegas Pro, it's likely that your crack version is bugged and my recommendation would be upgrading the Vegas Pro to a newer version

To make the best out of this. Play a few seconds of unedited audio than suddenly blast the audio. WARNING! Do not use too much Ear Rape. Someone might lose their hearing.

You can also achieve this with Amplitude Modulation.

I do have a computer I have Sony Vegas so technically I have Audio Distortion Filter

Personally I had this issue. My speculation is that the patched version of Vegas Pro you’re using is bugged
My suggestion is you get an upgrade of Vegas Pro by patching a newer version
