Tweet that sent email screenshot to CM Gujarat, HM-Gujarat, HM-India and PMO-India. I hope as per standard procedure serious action will be taken against these Constables and Home Guards.
File a complain against these policemen before the concerned senior officer. Also forward it to the GJ home ministry. You can even file a complaint in Gurgaon, Haryana also.
