Family Needs Help To Find Missing Senior

A family is appealing for help to find a missing loved one who went missing during the passage of Hurricane Beryl.
Seventy-three-year-old Joseph Charles has a number of medical issues and is visually impaired, which has family members more anxious to find him and return him home.
