Thank you for making this video for us. On that bottom rear plate (We have an L160) I did the exact same thing: used a jack to life it up and attach it. And, yup, it was hard getting the screws back in but I pushed and pried with screwdrivers and got the holes lined up and screws in. Thanks again.

I have a 2012 New Holland L218 doing the same thing. I'll take a look at the battery that I'm sure is sliding around. Thanks

Couple years ago I bought a new Holland LX 665 Turbo. Basically this is the model before your machine. I had a similar problem with the battery sliding around and shorting out against the frame. These are good machines but they are an absolute nightmare to work on when the Boom is down. I have gotten in the habit of parking mine with the boom locked up.

I believe that battery hold down goes in the edge of your he battery to hold it in place

Have a very similar Skid Steer. My battery is 6months old Starter is 6months old. Getting the clicking like it’s low battery but have more than enough volts, also tried jumping. Battery sits without touching anything. Any suggestions? I’m pretty new to engines, but I’m trying…
