Canoeing & Kayaking Empire Lakes | Coos Bay

Doing something a little bit different! Dallas Mignano joins Michael Roderick and Chuck Cypher (‪@Cypheroutside‬) on an exploration of Empire Lakes with canoes and a kayak hybrid. Empire Lakes is a group of small lakes at John Topits Park in Coos Bay, Oregon.
There was a recent snow storm across the west coast and the Southern Oregon Coast got quite a bit of rare snow. Then the sun came out in full force to melt it away quick, but it made for great weather to paddlecraft (with very little wind all morning).
