Gregory B. Sadler Thank you for your reply. I would definitly check out an online course. As for understanding Aristotle, I have found it helps a great deal to first translate each paragraph in to language more easily understood and to write those translated paragraphs down.

Yes, that's not a bad practice in general. The only thing you want to watch is to avoid oversimplifying or mistranslating those passages.
