Did you type in the old tracfone account phone number or the new number assigned to the sim card your trying to get working in this old phone? I've never gotten an email response back from them after several attempts even though their software says my phone is eligible to be unlocked.

They sent me the phone and I never bothered to transfer the SIM card over to it. I figured I might just as well keep using my old one until it quit working and then swap the card into the freebie they sent me. Eventually my year card was up and I never got another from them.

I am out of usa, previously I ordered one using vpn and it worked, but now it does not let you in the step where you enter the data to send you the code, it returns you to the previous step.

i went there, and they told me that my brand new phone was not eligible for unclocking unless I paid for service with them for 60 days.
