My teeth 🦷 are scared 😱 those gaps over the bolts could do with some caps to stop the copper filling them up. Great video Gavin. Impeccably good job with the French conveyors. Would have been okay if they were covered by a shrink wrap with your company logo 😊
Thanks for commenting and watching - the sound was horrendous wasn't it. Thanks re the conveyors - we're looking forward to going across to install them which we hope to cover in future episodes - great idea about the shrink wrap through !!!
@@spitfireengineering Indeed the sound was scary. I’m so happy you have a manager to help out with your work. Looking forward to seeing your progress on the projects and workshops.
*Good morning Gavin and team* 😊 Wow those teeth and blocked head recesses.... *I winced looking at them* ....many companies would have not even given that job a quote nevermind do it so just shows you your team's *hard work , patience and competence* to crack on with it. Those die grinders are great bits of kit ....I use them on wood carvings and the bits are costly so I reckon there's a *good few to be used on this project* and some aching forearms ! Liking the new *general manager role* ....it will free up your time to see other jobs, follow up leads etc....👏👏. A big step for you too as it's so difficult with the passion you have to let go of the *reigns* a little ,🤔😊😊 Those sprockets are superb. The time a plasma cutting table makes 🙏🙏 The lagging on those rollers looks a very tough finish on the drum. Those trommels get plenty of punishment though .... *Good to see the conveyors on the truck* and on its way to France 👏👏. *Loving the L200* too......I need a *lift kit for the Navara I've just bought and some 33" tyres*. ...so that caught my eye straight away ....I think I'm going blind looking at *eBay and market place* 🤣🤣🤣 *Catch you next time , Gary* 🙏🦉
Another good informative video Gavin love the way you explain everything do manufacture everything you can on site or do you have quotes from out side re sources to see if it’s cheaper than in house I work for a global company & we go down this path & sometimes it backfires not reading the drawing right & poor quality can’t beat doing it yourself but in manufacturing sometimes needs must have you even thought of moving to a more modern & bigger premises rather double up on office space look forward to next weeks video 👏
Thanks for watching the episode. We do often look to see if getting something manufactured outside will be more efficient cost and time wise and will do that if it is. It’s great to have the ability to manufacture almost everything we need though. The hunt for a premises is always at the back of our minds, finding all the right factors is not easy though. The new office space and the additions to the workshop are going to help a lot though. 😊
That's how crap them Milwaukee M12 die grinders are, I have warrantied 3 of them because the bodies start to separate and each time I get sent a brand new unit so now this latest one is just sat in the box and never used you can't even use 3inch cut off discs to cut exhaust pipe because the motor just cuts out so I have never used the last one I got, so I purchased the M18 die grinder instead which is night and day to the M12 one.

Funny you should say that. This is the 2nd die grinder we’ve had in 6 months because they fall apart and this one fell apart after we filmed it. 🤦♂️
The poor new gen manager taking your old office 😂😂
