In my very first save, my simself fell in love with Penny and they had 4 kids and a beautiful life together, so she has a little special space in my heart
i like how the really nice and geniune kayla we all love randomly states that she prefers her sims having to fight dangerous fires on their own. with the high possibility of them dying.

It'd be cool if the Sims 5 has a feature like a Story Template for your sim. You could choose from a plethora such as, you were a hippie in the 60s at a party and there was a wizard there. You both fell in love and drank an immortality potion together, but when you woke up, she was gone.
Then the game would give a random female or male sim the trait that allows for special interactions with them, reactions from your sim, and little roleplay elements that bring meaning to the interactions.
So your sim would be a young adult or teenager, dressed in a 60s style attire, with long hair and a soul patch, AND start with immortality. And maybe paranoid? From the 60 years of acid. Idk. Maybe have some special interactions with objects or the rest of the game / sims in general based on the template you pick? New buttons to push and unique animations?
And when you see the wizard/witch from the story template, your sim would have an appropriate reaction and it could pop up onthe screen saying 'Oh my goodness.... it's HER!!/HIM!!! After all these years... still beautiful' or something.
Then you could have special introductions like 'Remember me? *wink*' 'Immediately attempt to kiss' 'Go crazy and explode the last 60 years of events onto them' etc that would have interesting and funny results.
Then all of the other stuff thaat can happen in the game, like fame, or reputations, word of mouf etc, can all play into it. If you got your fame up and became a wizard yourself for example you might find the wizard / witch starts trying to look for you. etc.
There could be a ton of these kinds of templates, it could be something relaly fun for modders in the sims 5 too to keep adding more in, and the game could even allow us to customise them, allocate the wizard, for example, to a specific sim that you could then create.
If they could also never ever put in ghost weird Vivarium neighbourhoods like Evergreen Harbour everagain please thank you. They creep me out. Nobody lives in them nobody walks down the streets what is going on there?

So i built the Brighton N47 yeoui apartment on the next vacancy field(30*20) in the Sims4 and I moved her into the new place to live in.
I guess penny is going well with other influencers and famous stars working that areas. It must be save her time to commute to her office and make it easier for her to extend her socializing with people in many ways.
Hope to become a real for her in the reality we have been living now. 🙏💜
I did do a renovation on Johnny Zest's trailer, but sadly though he was uncomfortable and I don't know why Johnny was uncomfortable saying that there's something wrong with the flooring and wallpaper. I think Johnny Zest is being a real jerk and redoing his trailer took me hours to complete it.

If you go to manage households and make a household unplayed. Just click on the heart I’m pretty sure, then when you click on edit lot because they’re technically an unplayed household you get unlimited funds :)
