Thank you so much for making this video. I'm actually thinking about going to Vegas for New Years Eve and I'm trying to decide between Joël Robuchon, Guy Savoy, and é by José Andrés. This video really helped me to get an idea of what the atmosphere is like. Have you by any chance been to the other two restaurants I mentioned? If so, which out of the three would you say is the best?
wow great review, I'm impressed by your articulation of both the food and especially the wine! How much was the wine pairing? I'm a bit surprised the pairing featured well known and aged French bottles, I'm usually skeptical and underwhelmed by wine pairings as either they're usually young and recently released bottles or just cheap bottles that 'pair well'. I ate there a few years ago and really enjoyed it, definitely the top fine dining destination in Vegas. Deciding to visit his Paris outpost later this year, we'll see! Thanks for the review
@@marshw13 what?! that's crazy! Your wine pairing was probably worth at least $200-300 on top of the regular tasting menu. That's amazing, good for you!
I do not mean to be rude but can you give an estimate for all that food. Online said it was 250 dollars a person but based on what I saw it looks like at least 500 dollars a person to my eyes.
Guy Savoy was rated as 2 michellin star.. not 3. Picasso, Alex(now closed), and Guy Savoy all received 2 stars in 2008. Joel Robuchon was the only Vegas restaurant that received 3 stars.
I do not care for your reviews. You’re in Vegas and you sound a bit pompous. And your descriptions lacked intimacy and did not create any interest. Thumbs down. Get a new hobby
LOVe your review style. Thank you

Great review I enjoyed your descriptions. The cherry pie made with love looked warming. The Canele looked good too.

I believe that, oddly, the wine pairing was built into the price… which is a first for Vegas tasting menus.

great review. I am headed to Vegas in March and looking for good places to eat.
You certainly wouldn't be disappointed at Guy Savoy, but there are so many amazing restaurants across all cuisines and price ranges.
Is it true that you need a fine tailored suit to dine there?
Your video is pretty amazing
How could you purchase the designer plates for €300 in the USA?
I'm sure they ship to the States: www.guy-savoy-boutique.com/dinnerware-c102x3618538
@@marshw13 I thought you said that the plates were for sale at the restaurant in Las Vegas.

Have you been to both Guy and Joel? I'm trying to decide between them.
@@DaCake2 If you have to pick just one.. pick Joel Robuchon
Nice, “a burnt rubber taste”. Just what I look for in 150$ bottle of champagne.
Why would you pass on the champagne cart?
Admittedly, was a mistake...
Big time.
Not everyone is Alchoholic
@@patr70 Enjoying champagne doesn't mean you are an alcoholic.
@@jimklemens5018 On top of all of those wine pairings? It could.
