    I just got these speakers and they sound great. If anyone has owned a pair of external computer speakers before knows that some produce an annoying humming sound when they are left on and no sound being passed through them. These speakers do not produce that same humming sound, are almost silent and are great left on in the home office without a bother

  • @ninj47
    @ninj47 5 лет назад +4

    Great video! I love the clarity on these speakers with just enough bass to play CS GO in the evening while trying to stay quiet. I've currently got a pair of Logitech z150's which are very tinny and offer no bass really. The speakers are only 6 watts so not great. I also have owned a pair of creative a250's but they're way too explosive in bass and there's no dial to turn it down. I think these pebble speakers offer a lot of balance at a great price. I will buy some of these soon for my new gaming setup as I want minimal audio because I have the audio technica m50x's for serious gaming.

    I have these cuz I havent had speakers on my PC in literal years, but the one issue I have with them and not sure how to fix it, is how they sound kinda muffled. This compared to my monitor speakers which are very crisp and clear. These have that sound of being on a plane, your ears have that plugged up feeling and how stuff sounds muffled and odd.
    Ive checked thier website and every setting I know of on my PC and I cant find any settings that let me change bass or treble, or anything like that....all I can do is mess with volume.

      Remembering my 2 favourite small speaker sets:
      1. Trust Soundwave 20 (as I understand it, they were actually a rebrand of something else) - and they punched well above their size (I don't know where mine went after I retired them for a Tevion 5.1 NXT set)
      2. Goodmans Active 25 … got them for £4 from a charity shop, and they were sweeter than many that were twice the size... they were going to go with a PC for a friend, until I found an Active 45 set in another charity shop
      The 5.1's are left in the upstairs PC position, and the downstairs one that I now use most is armed with a 2.1 Altec Lansing set (yup, another charity shop special).

My Logitech z120 is connected to either a 5V 1A wall charger or the 1A slot on the power bank. If I connect to other than 1A source, the sound degrades, becomes thin and bass is much reduced. No they seem to be very well built and the interference is very well controlled, at least in my experience. Some Pc's with bad grounding can have this problem, but generally they seem excellent

    Hi Mike. Personally I'd go for a couple drinks in a pub if you and Kath were there. LOL. I'm currently wearing a pair of Sennheiser PXC 550's which are pretty good headphones. I could hear a big difference with the Creative speakers. They sounded good, which is hard for any speakers to do the way RUclips compresses the single. I'd give them 👍👍👍 for the price to sound value.

      Thanks Oletta, we might take you up on the drinks one day when we go on Our unboxing world tour 😂
      The speakers did sound so much better! i really didn't think it would translate in the video, but after watching it a few times myself whilst editing i still thought they were awesome!

    Great video. They sound amazing for the price.
    I recently got tired of my headset and bought a $120 Bluetooth speaker set to use for gaming. Imagine my joy when I finally sit down, after 3 hrs of letting the damn things charge, and there’s a .5 sec delay between me clicking and the sound of my gun firing. 😑
    Turns out audio lag is a known issue for Windows 10 on lots of computers, and there’s no guaranteed fix for it. I tried everything I could - short of striking my PC with a blunt object repeatedly - and the audio still lags.
    I’ll be returning my BT speakers tomorrow and ordering the Pebble speakers. 👍🏻

      @mikesunboxing  4 года назад

      zero lag with usb / mic connection. you could also try a nigh end bluetooth adapter some of the newer ones really are low latency
