The question is whether the Ph.D./doctorate adds value to your job search. This lady in blue explains the tough path she has gone through. I don't see any added value to her CV by doing PhD. In the end, she just became a recruiter which she could have done by taking few HR classes. I am interested in Higher education Ph.D./Doctorate but when I see that it is tough, then why should I go for a degree?

I’m working in edu field and considering to take this master degree, but the path is not clear and I couldn’t find much related information. Your info may help a lot. Thanks in advance!
