I've been a teaching fellow for 3 semesters now. I want to move into an administrative position next (something to do with learning and academic management), but it seems difficult to transition - there's no one way to get there, yet I don't know what the best possible path is.
And now I'm watching YT videos to hear varied perspectives before leaping head-first into this field.
