Back strength exercises like the super man but go light on weight. I hurt my facet joints and that's what is hurting you cause I had pain on that same side. Take it easy fr bro cause I got a herniated disk and both my facet joints got injured stop dead lifting haha fr that's what did me in and core workouts with weight just do body weight till your strong enough work your way up

Now I'm doing your indestructible knee program, I ended phase 1, during the exercices I don't have pain... But some days I feel a very little pain in one leg, in the patellar temdom....other days I feel perfect, the little pain comes and goes... Is normal? Can I go for the phase 2 in this situation? I insist, during the exercices I feel strong... Many thanks and I hope with this program I will play tennis again, and running.... ;)
Continue the same phase until you have no pain, after after phase 4 u will have no pain but dont rush, and go back in sports like 7days a week progressively go back

What if I can play for over 2 hours a day and some days it’ll hurt and somedays it won’t and every time the pain comes back it doesn’t last as long as the previous time.
Hey bro idk if u will be able to answer this cause u jump off of two foot but when i jump off of one foot and try to touch the rim my knee and ankle hurts and after couple of minutes it doesnt and when i try to touch the rim again it hurts again what could i do to jump without feeling that pain?
@@NathanaelMorton Hey man! Been having jumpers knee since feb tried resting didnt work tried pushing thru the pain bad idea. Started doing your 20 min bodyweight rehab program for jumper's knee plus 5lb eccentric squats every other day along with 5 min foam rolling using a size 6 basketball, also your 20 min stretching. I dont have much equipment and can't access gyms here in the philippines due to corona is what I mentioned earlier gonna help me cure this? Hoping for your reply nathanael 🤔

See I do this and my knees heal up to like 90 or 100% to where I can go as hard as I want to in the gym. Then the after doing this for a while my knees feel fine, so I finally max out on squats and it comes back as I’m maxing out. It really pisses me off I do all the rehabilitation, recovery, diet and everything to get it completely healed all the way to where I can do everything again, then comes back for no freakin reason.😡😡

My knees only hurt for a few hours after I play basketball for a longer amount of time. Is that patellar tendinitis?
If you feel pain while strengthening the knees should you keep going or how are you going to fix the pain?
Ice after and always stretch, if you feel pain the next day that's when you can dial it back, if not keep moving forward patiently 👍

You should go back slowly into your previous activity and let your tendons adapt this is very important.
