It was a blessing to have found this channel, your views differ from many but they make lots of sense and you are a great teacher.
I have a fibular head tendonitis from cycling )initially treated as ITB); and this is long term since October 2020, I had many on and off periods, and I cannot seem to find the right recipe of balance for my recovery. Only doing cycling activities.

Thank you. I started PT for a torn meniscus. Suddenly the bottom of my knee hurt really bad. Too much too fast. Knee extensions plenty and after a month pushing harder. Taking it slower now because of you. My intuition told me to back off. I really appreciate this so much.

On my right knee on the outer side i get a pulling feeling when I kneel or put pressure on it.

Hi does knee tendinitis give you a burning, itchy, prickling pain below the knee.. Also can you have tendinitis above and below your knee and are they the same tendon pulling on your knee cap .?
