The ethanol is the catalyst. Use something like lighter fuel or kerosene if ethanol doesn’t work

I´ve done this several times using 4:1 ratio (powered sugar/baking soda) use diferent types of sand, and nto getting a large snake, it's only burning and eventually stop, but none of them producesa "snake"... what I'm doing wrong?... Tryed some tutorials making "snake eggs", a little mountain of the mix and nothing is working... Any advice? Thanks in advance

Perhaps you’re not adding enough fuel…the ethanol should be high grade and enough, or use lighter fluid. But shouldn’t be too little
