I’m self studying golf thru RUclips now. Especially how the knees and legs should work or be positioned when I’m going to the top was the biggest question and problem I had. However I wasn’t able to find an appropriate video about my problem so I kinda felt like I got lost. But I just watched this vid and it literally sheds light on me. Your teaching is so straightforward, clear and detailed. I’m pretty sure I would never be able to find any video better than this ever. Thank you so much for being a great instructor for many golfers and I’ll definitely repeat this vid over and over again and tryna fix my problems. Thank you! :-)

Great instruction. Really liked how you used the tape. It showed how the knee and thigh actually move. Many times that gets lost in a two dimensional video.
Congrats on 100k subscribers! Well deserved with your simply to understand explanations how to fix some golf problems. This video is really interesting there I did break my knee cap many years ago into 4 pieces. This make my left knee move a bit different from other knees 😂

Very enlightening ☝🏻 I’ve heard you should flair your feet outward slightly, but no one ever told me WHY (… only that it promotes hip turn) It seems like the key (to prevent sway or reverse pivot) is … KEEP YOUR HEAD STILL ☝🏻 I think my key thought should be: “get my right knee to the left (or ‘toward the target’) on the followthrough” (I have a tendency to “hang back”) 🙄 Good stuff, Michelle 👍🏻
that was very helpful. i definitely needed to get my butt back further. i did it on the range. i will be interested to see how it effects my ball striking in a few weeks after I work on it more. thanks. 63 year old male. 4.5 handicap.
great detailed lesson. i think that might help explain why i have started getting pain in the left knee and it usually worsens over the course of the game. i have always thought that pointing my feet straight helped avoid over rotating and rotating too early but i realise that its hindering the rotation through the release
excellent video!!!.....I am someone who has " over-active " knees during my swing....is there any drill that can help me keep them more quiet?....thanks
Hi Michelle it is good to see you back. Is the iron more straight back and in front whereas the driver and wood more back and around or are they the same? Okay so I typed a little to soon watching as I type. My current instructor tells me to take the club straight back and out in front of me. Is he dead wrong and am I losing power and distance?
