      Her skin was irritated, now it’s not. All of the products shown are known to be good for calming down irritation, and for someone who actually had acne it could help calm down their inflamed pimples + any irritation they could get from using anti-acne treatments.

    From what I see she doesn’t have severe acne, on contrary. But she does seem to have REALLY sensitive skin. I know what that’s like because mine is like that. I can’t compare to severe acne and I wouldn’t even dare to, but it burns, it’s itchy and you can’t even cover with makeup because it gets flaky and weird. So I’d say that’s more for my sensitive skin people than for acne prone skin.

    I tried cicaplast myself. Magical. I always have it in my purse to calm my breakouts. It is a heavy formula though and can make your skin shiny. It's great not just for acne, but for any irritated skin condition I've gone through, especially burns.

    • @v_i1169
      @v_i1169 5 месяцев назад

      I have my eye on that moisturiser but people say that the new formula is changed and not the same as before, so is it the same and does it still help with acne?

    • @sarahalramezi
      @sarahalramezi 5 месяцев назад

      @@v_i1169 Well, it depends on why I'm having acne at a certain time. This product works the best if my acne is a result of some type of topical damage, like chemical or sun/radiation damage. It calms my skin and the acne fades away.
      However, if the acne is hormonal, stress or food related, the possibility of it working on me is 50/50.
      There is no magical solution for acne that can work on everybody and all types of acne. You need to understand your body and know why it "acts out".

    Having from time to time some pimples or redness is normal. I mean seasonal changes, hormones, stress, amongst other factors might cause irritation or a bit of acne. One of the best and most important lessons I have learned through home skincare: if your skin is doing relatively fine, leave it alone.
    What I mean by that is, do not piss off your skin with agressive peelings or products that might irritate it unnecessarily. Today, I do anything to keep my skin barrier intact and avoid excessive peeling. The only time I mess with more aggressive products is if it has been prescribed by a professional who knows what is they are doing.
    Bottom line is: you dont need the most expensive and strong products to have good skincare. In fact, you might be wrecking your skin in the most expensive way possible. So dont go buying any viral products, kids

    I’ve struggled with acne for years, not the most severe but persistent pimples and cystic acne at times. My advice for those of you with similar struggles- diet helped me a lot. No inflammatory foods like McDonald’s and candy. (Since your face is inflamed, inflammatory foods are going to make it worse). More water. Collagen and biotin tablets (you can get cheap ones at Walmart they’re not super pricey). Skin detox teas as well. As for actual skincare, I found that Murad’s acne line, (The Ordinary is also great and not super expensive!) helped me a lot as well as just a regular moisturizer of your choice. Not everything has to be super expensive and you don’t need 20 products. But if y’all got anything out of this, diet is incredibly important. I know this won’t help everyone but coming from someone who’s fought with their skin for years to the point where I wouldn’t leave the house because of my skin alone, believe me it helps!

    Please remember everyone:
    LISTEN TO YOUR SKIN. This is what works for her skin. I use products that make my skin glow and dewy. However, it would clog most people’s pores. This is because I have severely dry skin and have to use heavy products. The best way to figure out your skin type:
    1. Take a shower and look at your skin in 30 minutes. Then assess.
    I’m so tired of people thinking they MUST go out and buy all those products thinking it will work for their skin. Try one product at a time and use it a while to really determine how your skin is reacting. I hope this helps! ❤
    Oh side note! That first aid beauty moisturizer gave me tiny red bumps on my skin, so caution for those with sensitive skin!

    I had a bad chemical burn in the past and my skin barrier was damaged afterwards . The only things you need is
    1- gentle face wash cream or balm , the ones I used were (CeraVe Hydrating Cleanser , The Inkey List Oat Cleansing Balm .
    2- A moisturizer that has glycerin or ceramides , petrolatum (I used CeraVe Moisturizing Cream , these are good options too : Aveeno Skin Relief Moisture Repair Cream , Eucerin Advanced Repair Cream )
    3.face oil that suits your skin type (like rosehip oil, grape-seed oil, jojoba oil , Squalane oil )
    The ordinary makes affordable ones .
    4- don’t use any active ingredients on your face like vitamin A , C , AHA , BHA etc…. While you’re trying to fix your damaged skin barrier because it’s irritating for your skin .
    Don’t wash your face with warm or hot water .
    Try to find products that doesn’t contain alcohol and fragrance.
    5. Be patient.
    6. Be gentle with your skin . I still use a gentle face wash every day , the face oil and the heavy moisturizer 3 times a week . And I give my skin a break from actives every now and then .

    What they don't tell you was all the treatments they actually get from a board certified dermatologist in Office.... And not to mention that those masks are extremely expensive and a total waste of money.... At least according to my dermatologist anyway. I spend four hundred dollars each for a laser treatment a few times a year. I also use Prescription Azelaic acid Gel cream at 15% and I use prescription Tretinoin Cream at 0.01%! THAT is how you get THIS glass skin! NOT by using over-the-counter stuff or from a OVERPRICED useless Mask!!! You HAVE to go see a Board Certified Dermatologist and get scripts! NOT a consult over the phone or internet from one of the Prescription services either!

    Alot of people complain about their skin but the first thing before you should even think about before buying products is fixing what you eat. What you consume inside will show on the inside it reflects. Once you have fixed that then u can start thinking of skincare or go to a dermatologist. A lot of people are forgetting what skincare is and feel like it is something that should take away all your problems. No it's meant to aid if you are eating healthy and using the proper skincare you will see a difference sometimes it takes time. If you genuinely can't help yourself buy yourself some chlorophyll and drink it everyday in the morning or at night and you will see a difference. I ain't no specialist but it works.

    The product that helped me is animal food aka meat eggs dairy and that's not even a gimmick, legit eating mostly that cutting off most plants and fasting once in a while cleared out my skin like nothing else

    And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment: (Hebrews 9:27)
    The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. (2 Peter 3:9)
    And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire. (Revelation 20:15)

It was much n mom gave one acne medicated soap n i used once twice n I was dying most evr itchiness pain types. Also I hav sensitive skin by born combo type .. not all face wash, cleansers, lotion cream, shampoo, soaps suit me. I got dfrnt issues ..either itchiness , or oily or dry evr or disturbing more . I was always into natural good things intentionally likings based when I was unaware of my sensitive combo shitty skins intolerance, evn hair also this type soft but sensitive freezy shitty. My skin can't take receive hot things usually.. but I lov summer as no restrictions no controlling no depressive anxiiousness like winter n light open type...mood helping. Sensitive skin is a curse ..sensitive dry hair also bad though my hair quality thin not less by born its me why I'm stadium now. Stretch marks due to severe obesity n sensitive itchiness

    Unfortunately, some of those products would definitely clog pores, breakouts etc. Not all skin types are the same so I really dislike videos nowadays like this and others. Is helped me and it’s like yeah those will break me out very acne prone.
