pd doesn't need a reset, just the fines and time as well as stacking on certain crimes need to be redone, there's not been much of any new content for the crims to do yet cops keep getting more updates and what not. so the only fun illegal activities criminals can do is what gets them those heavy stacked charges. crims are forced to steal from pd as well to get equipment to battle against other gangs and also battle against the biggest gang in the city the lspd. even if the cops went hard, they need to have decent time sentenced as well as fines. judges need to do a hard reset they need to bring in NEW people the ones they put in office are heavily biased

Crane, angel, Ventura, 3/4 of bcso, bones the metagamer, Cassidy the king nvl robot, all of the cops that dont play a character and have no weaknesses that treat the server like its their turf
