Ok, I have an idea: underdress then green skirt, corset, brown vest in that order. That way you get the color contrast and you could also pin the green skirt up where you cinch the white underdress. Love your enthusiasm and playful spirit! 💕
I really love this. Super adorable and cozy video. Where'd you get the dress?! Would love to see if I can find one like it. Just love the way you can style it in the front.
As someone who grew up with The Hobbit before the movies were released because I'm named from the books, I never expected Hobbit-core to be a thing. I was relentlessly teased for this kind of stuff as a child in the 1990s. Now, 30 years later, young people dress up in costumes inspired by a book their parents had only heard of once the movies were made. I've also done a ton of LARP'ing, general role-playing, and historical reenacting, which is perfect. Like you said, you attribute what's lacking in your attire to the character.
A book their parents have only heard of????? You know the Hobbit is super popular and has been since its release, right? It was in no way made popular by the movies
