- hi guys this is informative video about how u can do self servicing of your water purifier and save your service charges giving it to company's service men. In this Vlog i have alsoexplained the water fklow diagram of Kent maxx uv+uf water purifier which will educate about water circuit diagram of the video.
I have done graduation in mechanical engineering from Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Technology, Mumbai.

Hi sir did you add the adapter for a pump
the separate adapter is not needed for the pump. The pump connection is directly connected to the main connection of the filter or to the IC circuit board by servicemen. Then The sensor controls the on/off of pump.

hi faraz. agar company booster pump laganeko mana kar rahi hai toh such reason ke liye hi mana kar ahi yogi. ask them the reason for it

After using Ro several yrs when u drink water of this purifier u don't want to drink it... Iska test bahot alag lagata he. Ghar wale sab muze bol rahe the kya fhaltu purifier bitayahe pahile wala RO hi achha tha
Hello Mr. Shubham. yes you need to empty the first filled water tank after cleaning the filter tubes. Thats because when u clean the tube complete dusts are not flushed out completely , some particles do stays inside the tube no matter how much u make efforts to clean filter tubes which comes out when you start the system again. So its highly advisable to empty the first tank filled with water and use it for other household purpose like cleaning utensils, washing clothes watering plants etc etc. as we need to save water too right? second filled tank is good to consume filtered water . thank you so much your doubt, i highly appreciate your doubt to share with me . take care bhai apna aur parivar ka is covid-19. have a nice day.

Thanks for post this very informative video but in my cases I cleaned only the sediment and carbon filters and after that I put them back. The water came initially but after some time (3-4 sec) the water has stopped. Is it some air-lock issue or what?
Hi Sanjay.... The green light needs to get on.. Wait for green light.. If it stopping after few seconds than try to remove connection from IC circuit n plug again n try... Hope it works 👍✌🙌
@@delaventuremayuresh Hi Mayuresh thanks for the prompt response. The green light is ON but the water stopped and the light was still ON. I was wondering if its some air issue in the pipes or the filters, I dont know?

1. Proper water supply
2. Remove plugs from IC board n make it dry by hair dryer or something (coz it might be possibly wet while cleaning filters n sediments) . (one more jugaad thing is put medical surgical sanitizer if u have at home or after shave lotion or spirit) . Then wash it with cloth n dry it. Then plug in again n press that pin with little more pressure.

brother ur connection is not secure. before coming to the carbon & sediment filter u should connect a spun filter to reduce or remove the soil particles present in the input water. u shoulnt place the pump in the input. ur system will get blocked frequently. so in the place of pump u connect a spun prefilter. and after sediment & carbon filters u should connect the pump.

Nice video..I am seeing you are using the Kent booster bump for input connection.i also have problem with my inlet pressure ..is it good to go with Kent booster bump..also if we are using booster bump , do we nee of any additional circuit to automatically cut off the booster bump once the tank is full?.. or can we connect the booster bump without any such circuit?.pls advice

Why you need water pump - for UF?
hey hemendra thank you for highlighting this question for the audience.... in general water comes out of filter sediments on natural gravitational pressure from home water tank/reserviour (which is very slow to be honest..its like tip tip barsa paani) which takes huge amount of time to fill water purifier tank....so adding additional booster pump will generate speed to fill up purifier tank(genrally in 3-5 mins @1.6litre/min speed(thats the speed of my booster pump)). So it saves your time and use it for drinking purpose quickly...Atlast time is money......i hope this justifies your doubt ... thank you...do subscribe to my channel for amazing vlogs in future hemendra..

As per your video I have finished each and every steps,and I done with the service.but now beep sound is coming and water also not coming
Hello Mr. Raju thank you so much for refering my vlog...there are two type of beeps u hear.
1st type of Beep is two beeps widout with hardly any seconds in between ,which indicates it time to chnage or clean your filters cylinders\ tubes.
2ns type of beep is between two beep sound there will be atleast 2 seconds gap , which indicates its time to change UV cylinder.
there is also one reset key next to an LED indicator in the circuit if u observed....after switching on long press that reset key till the LED indicator next to it turns green.... If still there is a problem u need to show an expert technician for an advice....

Actually I'm using this Kent maxx purifier for 2 years till now I dint change any filter , and long beep sound is coming so I think its time to change the filters ,is it ?

Hi Mr.Avi . Yes as of now due to lockdown customer services by the company is off as their employees are not allowed to go to offices as per government rule . You can watch my vlog as a guidance and follow the steps i performed step by step for basic purifying problem. i hope it will be beneficial for you. take care of yopurself and your family drom covid-19. @@delaventuremayuresh actually at 28 April the service man come and he told me that the due to godown was locked down and we cannot change your pump at that moment so then I call the service centre and he told me that after lockdown we can fix that . Thnx for reply # staysafe (I forgot to mention that service told me that the pump was gone wrong and he has to replace) on March 23 still the same reply v can't fix at the movement we don't have pum bla bla... And again told me do service request from app kentapp and again I do on 25 April and again on 3 may they come and told me again we don't have pump and can't able to change the pum .I really got frusted with ther services I write two times email to Kent no reply.and that's all😔

Sir, I have same model. After 2 weeks, my bottles turn dark black layers with large dark spots.. Kent technician visited and told me that machine is absolutely fine. They didn't check rather, only hit on the surface of each filter. What shoúld I do now sir, it's only been 40 days since machine was installed. And they are saying I should have bought RO machine... And when I said TDS of my pump tube is 114.. Still, reiterating the same about RO water...even I complained to the senior but they always say the same about RO.. This machine is not suitable for my home... Then I said then why didn't you say at the time of installing.. Then they said they would be taking sample of my source of water including purified water of this machine... They had taken but I haven't been informed anything regarding it after being passed a couple of week...if I call, they requested me to wait... Sir, please help me...

Hello jayesh.... That's maybe due to IC.... Clean the all the filter tubes than remove both the plugs from PCB board and re-attach to it.. If then too green light doesn't appear than I would suggest you to call the serviceman... I hope my suggestion is valuable to you... ✌😊
