It is very useful video for long run of kent. It saves money on filter. I did this and filters working fine. But my Kent taking 90 minutes to fill tank instead of 20 minutes. How to improve it?

For cleaning the pipe , i would suggest to use an electric wire of optimum diameter which fits inside the pipes and clean it through .

RO membrane filter and UFO filter are most critical and highly purified filters for this purifying system they are not recommended to be cleaned.
If you really find a water flow problem then you might replace with the new one to have clean water

No. It's replaces with new one.
Is cleaning RO cartridge with vinegar and baking soda recommended?
I mean by connecting the pump inlet to a bucket of water containing vinegar and baking soda and the pump outlet to RO inlet. For 5 minutes.
No. RO cartridge can't be cleaned. Only replacement is advised.

This technique worked for me, but in 2 to 3 days again my RO filtering speed is very slow. What to do now?
There might be issue with RO membrane. Try trick shown in this video ruclips.net/video/UzEFWwpTGGA/видео.html.
If changing that knob setting increases the speed rapidly then its definitely your RO membrane.
Simply replace it with new one. No hack for RO membrane.

aapko ek baar thik se leakage spot find out karna hoga.

Why 2 flush only in opposite direction of flow?
Cleaning in Opposite direction is necessary because filter is designed for one way flow mechanism. Therefore if send water from inlet the water will gets filtered but dirt will not get out.
When we send water to out position (as shown in video)then dirt has chance to get out of filter.
Hello , I tried cleaning as per your instruction and when I sent water against the flow in carbon and sediment filters, I collected the water in a vessel and I could see white thread like small worms moving. I am really shocked to see this, as all candles were replaced in august only last year. Do you know how to get rid of this problem in RO and have you faced this before ?
Please don't worry. Sediment filter gives proper ambience for such worms to grow.
I'll suggest you to install pre filter.

It will avoid entering such mess into your main purification system.
Source water is untreated (chlorine), most probably contaminated with sewage. That needs to be addressed first.

I tried cleaning it as per the instructions in your video. However, the water flow became normal only for a couple of days and now the water flow is almost zero. Is there any other solution to this problem?
then please check if there is alarm sound while starting. alarm is another reason for water blockage.
if there is no alarm, then it's time to change the filter with new one. i recommend to buy genuine parts only.
Can ro membrane and uf membrane be cleaned the same way?
There might be a techniques available but couldn't be performed DIY.
Better to keep cleaning carbon filters consistently with regular 3 months intervals so dirt hardly enters into RO.

I tried it but unfortunately they don't sell it online.
Best hack i can give you is to visit kent service centre and buy from there.
Tell them that you shifted to different city and no support there.
Note. Keep photos of your purifier with you while buying parts. Many times they mismatch the models and which leads to loss of money. As they never take return.

Actually UF and RO filters are for extra fine filteration. If they choke up. It's highly recommended to replace them.

Cleaning ka interval duration 3-6 month ka hona chahiye. Agar usse pehle hi filter se kam paani aa raha hain. To apne pre filter install karna jyada fayde mand rahega.usse kharab pani me se jyadatar gandagi (ankho se dekhi jane wali) machine tak nahi ja payegi.

No DIY procedures for RO filters. They are recommended to be replaced.

agar aisi baat hai to filter complete jam ho chuke hai. KENT ke original filter replace kijiye. agli baar se wapas har 4 month ke baad cleaning kare.

Sir I have kent grand plus ro ,,,I have been facing the problem in this since last 2 days ,,as soon as I switched on my ro,,it will function properly for 1-2 minutes but after 1-2 minutes the blue light will turn off automatically and ro will also not working,,,,,please help me ,,what type of problem has occured in it

Better you call them as of there any critical issue. Our diy try out may mess up things. I think RO could be chocked up. But better to call them for help

Can we convert purifier to RO?
no. RO filters are very different than regular purifiers.
RO needs water pump. it has special piping for reject water. the output water needs further treatment of UV also. so we will never recommend you to upgrade the existing purifier.

Agar sweet water hain to life 2saal tak bhi ho sakti hain but agar boring wala pani hain to external filter lagane ke baad bhi RO filter jaldi expire hota hain.
External filter Carbon inline filter ka kaam aasan karta hain jisse apko filter cleaning ke liye thoda jyada time mil jata hain.

Give me your number. I have issued with ACE KENT RO. I have changed all filters RO, FRT, SEDIMENT, CARBON on 12.02.2022. Now, Technician informed you have to change again all filters. What can i do? Company suggest to change every 12months. But, in my case, only 5months
Depends on usage and ammount of dirty water.
If you have doubt of unnecessary replacement suggestion you can contact to customer care through app. And raise complaint about it.
Recently many homes received extremely dirty water which obviously reduced the filter life in shorter duration.
Kent customer care is least bothered to troubleshoot kent with repair or maintenance tricks. He is simply changing filters and looting us for small problem also.
This is common with all purifier brands but as a user if we take proper care. We need not to worry about the service life of filters.
Clean your filters in every 3 months and you will not face any issues with purifiers

Cleaning after 3 months is recommended for regular used RO
My kent filter cheated me yaar
I changed the ro membrane in 9 months and again now after 7 months the tech is insisting to change the ro membrane. Last time the tech challenged the ro membrane will not get damaged if we fix an external filter for clean water inflow.
Karch pe karcha that too during service warranty.

7 months is also considered as best performance for 750 TDS.
Don't wash tank with soap.
Wash it with salt and water only.
