The ZL1 will go down as one of the best modern "muscle" cars ever made. Such a badass looking car all around, and being a camaro, you can't beat it from a price to performance ratio. The camaro's will also become a highly valuable collector's car, more so than the others.

it's true! It handles, fast in a straight line and doesn't break your pockets like the gt500 or hellcat. Plus you don't see them on the road often
@@_Tra_B Exactly! Thank you, someone here that actually understands... lol. The ZL1 is a jack of all trades. It's as fast as a hellcat on the straights, and just as good as the GT500 on most tracks, better on some even. Plus its available with a manual, and easily is the best handling car of the bunch, due to it being built off the alpha platform. All for a very respectful price. You really can't beat it!

We have a 2023 ZL1 1LE in the garage that belongs to my son. Let me tell you that this is such a fun car to drive. I thought his previous car was fun, a 2019 Camaro 2SS 1LE, and it was. But, this is even better. The handling of the 1LE package is insane, albeit quite rough.
Yes it is. I love my 2019 ZL1 and is an all-around Street, Sports Car, GT, Track, and Strip monster. Can do many things well and even though Camaro's are common. Seeing a ZL1 on the street is indeed pretty rare.

For me the ZL1 is the paragon of a modern musclecar. Rough, stiff and loud. So much fun to drive it, especially with the 6MT. Some days I rather drive it instead of my GT-R and 370Z.....
This will be my first Chevrolet muscle car.

How is this years ZL1 any different from the 2022 ZL1??? Ugh Imagine it came with the new C8 Z06's LT2 engine hahah obviously that will never happen but just imagine. Unfortunately the sales of the Camaro are ridiculously low and will most likely be discontinued here soon, probably going to become some EV crap. Ugh I love this car I cant wait to get it.
I was going to ask the same when I heard "all new". I don't think they've changed too much from 2022 other than add a little to the MSRP. Glad I picked mine up in 2022.

i think everybody is being way too finicky about the ZLE's suspension. if you're after true performance and are a hardcore enthusiast, stiff suspension is a requisite. it's the bare minimum.

The RedEye is the best true muscle car, but these ZL1's are nasty cars and the manual versions are so buttery smooth and a riot to drive.

Tired of Chevrolet pushing out more Automatic ZL1's versus the preferred 6-Speed Manual.
We are not about to submit a custom order to Chevrolet for a ZL1 after knowing the logistical nightmares (and mark-ups) that run rampant. Especially if that order is unlikely to be fulfilled simply because we require a manual transmission and despise those atrocious red interior pieces.
If I wanted something immature then I would consider the new Ford Mustang. As it stands, the only Mustang's I would consider nowadays rest between 1966-1970.
In fact, the best analogy I have heard (so far) that summarizes the 2024 Mustang states: _"Give me a Driver's car, not a _*_Gamer's_*_ car."_ This is especially true when Ford formally touts the new Mustang interior as _"Disruptive"._ Which, by the way, is not something you should aspire too when designing an automotive interior but I digress.
Furthermore (and getting back on topic), it's rather shocking to see the _significant_ price increase on the 2023 ZL1's over the 2022 model year. This runaway inflation is absolutely ridiculous.
For that kind of money, I _could_ have a C8 if I so choose. However, not only do I need a V8 back in my life, but more importantly I *demand* a manual transmission. Sadly, the C8 Corvette cannot deliver on the latter. Those two main criteria are rigid and non-negotiable.
Although, to be fair this is not merely a Chevrolet problem. My wife has been seeing this same issue with the Scat Pack Widebody's too. More automatics are being produced over the manuals. It's almost as if the manufacturers prefer you to drive an automatic simply because they cost more to repair/maintain.
After all, the Sales Dept in a dealership is *_not_* the primary money-maker. That weight rests mainly on the Service (and to a lesser extent the Parts) Department. But that's an entirely different topic all together.
Nonetheless, we *will* be adding a ZL1 to our garage. When that happens has yet to be determined.
