It's actually a mashup of a couple tracks from the PN 03 soundtrack. Ada's is another mashup, krauser and HUNK's are straight rips, while Wesker's is the only theme not to take anything from the GameCube flop.
Miami didn't let anything go to waste.

I agree, Leon definitely is one of the characters a little harder to score more points with because of his limited weapon set compared to Wesker or Ada. Once you figure out tactics for each stage though it gets a lot easier, but still.
