- 18-year-old baker Sahana Vij is on a mission to help end food insecurity with her new cookbook "Bake Away." Sahana is giving all the proceeds from the book to No Kid Hungry with a goal to donate $50,000 and 500,000 meals for kids. Celebrity chef Curtis Stone and the Iron Chefs from "Iron Chef: Quest For An Iron Legend" surprise Sahana to celebrate all her hard work, and No Kid Hungry receives a $5,000 donation!

kelly says that she dont think she was beautiful hearted at that age but just 2 years later u see a very humble kelly clarkson trying out for idol who was gonna b a fashion designer if her singer career didnt go through she just didnt realise how gifted and talented she really was and i still remember her facial expression when simon said best singer in this competition, she didnt smile she breathed in through her teeth which is a sign of disagreement so again humble and the look on her face was of hurt for the other contestants in her face but quickly tries to change it for the camera when they told u what number to call to vote for her. idk if u read these but im ur no.1 biggest fan ever ive watched u from ur first ever audition dude u have some pipes on u!!!!! my dad is a professional singing teacher studied for 15 years at the dame nelly melba conservatory of music in australia and was 1ce the top singing teacher here according to the old school magazines so the control and vibrato and the runs in ur voice even just the pure power of ur voice still give my mum dad and i chills till this day u can never forget a singer like this just a beautiful humble most non diva like star i have even seen it shows u that there r still so many good ppl in the world its finding the ppl like kelly and this 18yo chef through the hay xoxo

Anyone can write a cookbook because recipes can't be copyrighted so you can use anyone's recipes and put together a cookbook especially a baking cookbook because baking be is a science and I'm sure she hasn't written a whole cookbook by at 18 I've been a Chef for 35 years and have 7 certifications
