Does anyone have any tips for killing rust in the tunnel and keeping it from returning without cutting it open? Obviously, you wouldn't want something that you would be able to smell when driving. There is cavity spray, and I just don't know if that would gum up the shift rod. Also, do any of you pour anything into already installed heater channels to prevent rust?
I have a Allison Daytona fiberglass buggy body...made in a factory somewhere near Fresno...not a Manx. Will the shortenned pans work with my buggy body?

Another great looking job. Do you seam seal after powder coat or do you not have to seam seal because powder coat seals it?
The powder coat will seal it up.
I haven't seen that pneumatic tool before, that punched the holes. Very cool. What do they call that, and where did you buy yours?

Space and heat resonating in the cabin. We came up with a clever way to get the water down the chassis, should be pretty trick.
I just acquired a 69 beetle. I'm going to definitely need to replace the pans. Does this company have a full version of pans as well then?

Where did you get the rear pan supports? I’m having a hard time finding them. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
