Hello Sambhavna Ji. As a punjabi, this vlog was worth watching for me. 🌹 Makki da aata is a gluten free variety of flour and doesn't have elasticity like the wheat flour. So it keeps on breaking while we knead or make roti. That's why the roti doesn't come out with really round or nice finish from the edges. So don't worry about it.. Hi, I appreciate ur efforts and it's very easy to wash spinach. U just need to put the pot under the strainer in order to float the spinach in water. Then just lift the strainer and repeat the process twice or thrice. All the dirt will be removed. And its not only for spinach u can remove dirt like this from any kind of herbs. I hope it helps. ❤❤❤

Makai di roti n sarson da saag is one of my favourite .. The first one to order at some punjabi dhabha is this dish . Haven’t tried at home hopefully I get all the Saags here. Mind blowing 🎉🎉🎉🎉I always thought it’s very tough n complicated to prepare this but it seems easy will search for the saags n mk for sure . And as such today’s vlog was mind blowing with cute nokjok n hearty appreciation for the efforts Sam has put . Sambhavna as usual effortlessly you put humour n positive vibes in everything . Hi, I appreciate ur efforts and it's very easy to wash spinach. U just need to put the pot under the strainer in order to float the spinach in water. Then just lift the strainer and repeat the process twice or thrice. All the dirt will be removed. And its not only for spinach u can remove dirt like this from any kind of herbs. I hope it helps. ❤❤❤
