The reason they don't do it is because so many people would just buy certain members' versions because those PCs sell for more than others. I agree with you - it'd be nice. But at the end of the day, it could negatively impact pre-orders and sales, which is why kpop companies will never do it.
The photos they used for the covers of these are from the 'Lose My Breath' single release, so Felix still had his black hair. They bleach it blonde sometime between that release and the comeback. I don't really like that they used those images for the covers, as that song is not a track on this album, but it is what it is.

Yes - the member specific versions are a bit cheaper. The ATE, Chk Chk, and Boom versions were at $23.99, the Accordion versions were $16.99.
