I have the lightstick, cant go to the concert next year but wish every person a Lot of fun. (Well same problem... For me waiting and no wifi worked…)

i also had so many issues with this app... when i first got it i could not connect my lightstick at all, bluetooth was activated but it just kept trying to connect with no success... turns out all i had to do was turn off the wifi, which is so weird, but at least it works now... i just don't understand why this app is SO BAD and it feels almost completely abandonned. like is there even anyone still managing and updating it?

I have V1 and ngl I think the spinning is still superior

I have the lightstick v2 and luckily the page worked for me though it was a bit slow

I have the same lightstick it takes a little, but I refreshed my phone, and it finally worked

A few of us at the Sydney concert found that the battery died before the concert did 🥲 I really wish it was chargeable and didn't need batteries. I ended up sorting out the app, but I had that problem to begin with, too. I also have some disappointments with the working app..... But honestly, I'm happy to just have it anyway, haha

I got two tickets at the last minute and also had to buy the lightstick. A lot of people agreed with that and the lightstick v2 are sold out everywhere! haha ​​somehow I got one here in Chile

When I went to concert in Bangkok, I didn't connect to Bluetooth or Wifi at all. Just install the battery and when the concert is about to start, the lightstick will automatically synchronize colors. Maybe you bought fake one or your phone has problem.

Bout my lightstick at their official merch shop on the day of the concert and ran into the same problem. Just keep refreshing it. You can clear cache and uninstall before re installing the app again, then it'll load

it only starts working when u go to the concert 😅 it’s ok the app will work by itself after the concert too

I prefer the old spinning one....

It’s not really JYP’s fault but the programmers who made the app (and I guess the light stick?) cause with all the groups/artists JYP has to look over, I doubt he knows of the issue but his programmers would definitely know. But tagging JYP to get his attention to the issue would maybe help but 🤷‍♀️

I got one for Xmas too and the app did it to me as well... I loaded after a couple of tries though

I thought it was just me😭I bought my light stick think ima be able change it to different colors and everything but no😐

i got the tickets and now i dont have money for the lightstick😭😭

I also have a lightstick and the app also was wrong but only 1 or 2 min. Then started working good😂😂😂 and now i can used it very well...❤

コンサート行けば自動で連携されるよ。あと会場の外でテストできるブースがある。JYP にクレーム入れる前にコンサートチケット取った方がいいかも。
