Just for info purposes, starting from p06, case ratios always have 1 LRP and 1 SRP, so hitting 2 SRPs means that these must've been pulled from two cases. Crazy luck regardless, though!
If you hit an SRP, it does not take the LR slot in your box. That said, if you hit an LRP, I'm pretty sure that DOES take the LR slot in your box.
URs are somewhere around 1 per two or three cases generally, and ???s are pretty hard to pin down since they're so rare and there's not enough data. People estimate around 1 in 10 cases or so, but that could be wrong. Serialized cards fall into the ??? slot, too. ???s and URs don't take the place of LRPs or SRPs in your cases; they're just additional hits.
In terms of reception, p07-p09 were generally regarded as "weak" sets in japan, so the sales sort of reflected that over here. A lot of people just singled out on those, since most of the power in these sets was 1-of pieces or commons / rares. There are some very strong SRs cards in all of them though, but not quite as many as future releases. Takara Tomy did a good job drumming up some interest in these sets by giving us some really unique promos from p08-p11 and by also doing prereleases, which was an event type that was brand new for the english market only at the time.
Sets p10, p11, and cp01 are all pretty strong and have seemed to do well with players and the market, and there's a lot of cool stuff to chase in those, alongside some great promos. We're right on the cusp of p12 too, which is the start of a really strong year for wixoss overall.
Additionally, you mentioned building an Alfou deck, so I wanted to mention that an Alfou player ranked 9th at the recent Grand Prix in Florida at the beginning of March. She's a pretty strong center, even if she's looked over often in favor of some other popular meta choices. Hellfyre / The "Fyre Pit TCGs" youtube channel will most likely do a data breakdown video in the coming weeks with full decklists available for all players, if that's something you're interested in seeing once its up.

I love how the Piriluk's Assist LRIGS from this set are callbacks to Arts from the OG game (Don't Move and Peeping Analyze) with their first effects being similar to the effects of those OG cards!

wixoss is interesting , not easy to get on my end ha but slowly its on the list to grab some starters or something. love the content many thanks 2024 is dooming hard for me and me my crew going back to old tcgs and some new to us ones to cope... card nights = help prevent blahs.

If you're in the US I'd recommend TCGPlayer for singles and TopSpot for sealed - that's who I usually buy from!
