Very interesting tool for create our own flames and this does that it isn't necesary spending time looking for flames to use on a composition. Thanks a lot Nemanja for showing it 👍
there are plenty of way to makes lighting in photoshop and with filters too, try render/lighting effects, it's not the same though but i use it sometimes

Hi Nemanja, new subscriber here. How do you determine when you should use the 'render flame' effect vs drawing flames manually with brushes? I am trying to create a 'forest on fire' image. I have a picture of some bushland (without the flames) and I do not know which method is better to apply the flames. Any advice?
Helli Nemanja. I encountered a problem. I have Photoshop CC 2019 ( and I could render a flame with some time past) ,but now the program no longer can render me one. Do you have idea why and can you give me some advice? Thank you in advance!
Nemanja please help, whenever I create a flame as whatever colour, it always turns out as a shade of grey. It doesn't matter what colour I use, it is just always grey. Please help.

For color profile, whatever you do, at the end just convert it to sRGB and then export it.

I do it by experience. Also trials and errors...
Maybe for your case you could try a fire photoa on a black background in a screen blending mode.

Check out your working space. Is it RGB or Grayscale...
