Things you don't know about this video: do you guys also feel weird when your usual brand is not available? I couldn't find my usual brand of sticky notes and I had to get another one, and I remember feeling so weird I remember thinking "fran it's okay, it's just sticky notes" haha

Your book list: I recently recommended Otessa Moshfegh's My Year of Rest and Relaxation to a friend because I am reading A Visit From the Goon Squad and the writing reminded me of it--though I think I prefer the Moshfegh. If you like My Year, you might also like her book Eileen. Weird, not-exactly-likeable protagonists, but get your head to a very different space.

make sure your antidepressants are not required in their specific pill box because some meds the package they come in protects them and if you put in random pill box it can cause to change chemicals in the pills and mess around with you, I'm sorry if I'm a bummer I know struggle to take meds and not remembering if I took them or not but I don't want you to mess your meds and yourself then 😅 I always enjoy watching your videos 💚
