Jennifer Cook, I've been singing in choruses for 38 years, and this is truly one of THE MOST BRILLIANT arrangements I've ever heard, and an utter and complete JOY to sing! My chorus' (Desert Voices, Tucson, AZ) chamber group, Prizm, is doing it tonight & tomorrow in our Pride show. I get literal vibrations when singing this, and can't WAIT to feel our audience's response as well as hear the applause because they are so moved by what they've just heard! THANK YOU for the gift of this arrangement. It's been one of the highlights of my performing career (lots of different things over the decades)! ❤
I stumbled across this a month ago and I just keep coming back to it. What a gorgeous arrangement. The way you varied the textures throughout... the subtle changes to the chord progressions compared to the original... that killer key change... the bold choice (which totally works) to employ portamento near the end... it all comes together so beautifully. It makes me happy to think how many choirs are going to love singing this and how many audiences are going to love hearing it. Fantastic work!

I’m learning it my choir class right now and I had to find it and listen to it on my own. The chords and everything about it is remarkable. Maybe im the odd one out but I like it more than the original and I love the original haha

This is really good! Love that it’s not strictly like the original but some thought and creativity has been put into it to make it sound interesting to listen to.

Solid arrangement! I love how different this sounds with the added vocal parts and how they compliment the melody. Digging the haunting harmonies and how they mix well with the original sound. Bravo Jennifer. I’ll keep buying your arrangements.
