The Dapper Aristocrat if you ever get your order at all I been waiting a month for mine they suck. They give you a lame excuse that it customs 🛃 holding up. No way your order takes 3 weeks to get into the USA

Which country is RoseGold & Black from? I read somewhere that it was from Australia, but there were no specifics which state and city it ships from. I have just ordered a necklace from their website and I'm worried about the Covid situation over in Melbourne as it might delay my package.

I ordered 2 bracelets for my birthday, a gift from my Mother. It took 2.5 months to arrive to Australia, but at the wrong address, not the one I provided. The item was then returned to sender by whomever received it. I have tried to contact RG&B several times, to refund my money or resend the item. I did get 1 reply, but since then I have been ignored by them. "Your request (xxxxx) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff.

How do I tell my Mother I lost her money? I feel so much shame and embarrassment through getting scammed.

@Eduardo2yt yo don't buy it, they the shipping time is so sht, I've been waiting for over 2 months and my things haven't even arrived yet. No company phone number to call for customer service, the chatting service is so bad, takes over a day to get a reply, and they don't allow refunds for discounted products, just terrible service and terrible company.

Rose Gold and Black is a scam; not a typical one but a systematic scammer to be more appropriate.
First of all Buy one and get two piece free !
Good deal right? NO the idea of free piece comes to play because they want you to justify the overpriced item to make more sense when you get two extra piece . But you won’t get 2nd and 3rd piece! The name of the game is while supply lasts .
Totally understandable, if I did not get the 2nd and 3rd piece that means supply finished if supply finished how come you selling these exact same item on your website and never never stopped advertising about those extra piece???
Secondly, they make a ridiculous price and give 70% off . Everybody does that right? Yes but you won’t be able to return discounted item . It’s another way of saying no return policy. They already know most people will return and refund.
Thirdly , they doesn’t show any negative review on website. off course the reviews you see are positive but a negative review won’t show on their website because they won’t approve it. The never approved mine; thats why you are seeing this. Be aware do your due diligence.
