Sarah J's Journey, Part Two: Challenges and Accommodations

We asked Sarah J. to speak with us about her lived experience as someone with a learning challenge and a mental health condition. In the second of three videos, Sarah J. speaks about what it's like to have a non-verbal learning disability and a mental health condition. She shares some of the strategies and accommodations that have worked for her and speaks about the importance of her family, church community, friends and key supports who have helped her live a good life.
