    Best presentation by now,although it misses presenting MOSFETs type,connection and attaching to the heat sink.congrats on the video!

    Thank you for confirming that it use SiC Power device . ( and not a SiC driver like in the case of phone / laptop PSU ) .

    how does the model 3 inverter get cooling? is there a fan nearby?
    and i heard that when a model 3's drive unit fails, it's usually the inverter that goes bad, not the actual traction motor - is that true?
