I think a lot of us who have worked in luxury retail knows Kim quite well. I knew her from some time back and she’s the most down to earth, sweetest, kindest and most generous person (not just socialite) in SG. Whenever there are ‘bad’ news or reports on her, most of us from retail won’t believe them. She’s definitely not pretentious at all. The only ‘rich’ characteristic about her is her spending hahahaha…. She definitely has no idea what things costs. I wish and hope that she’ll always remain as herself and be happy always ❤❤❤

Kim Lim should do a pre-loved sale of her clothes and shoes every year. I'm sure she'll be able to sell most of her stuff and continue her shopping addiction. She earns enough not to care about selling off unused pieces. Her time is much more valuable than putting up items on the secondhand market. Although she definitely can have her assistants to handle all these since it can take up quite a lot of time and effort. Then again, she can easily afford to buy space to store everything... Hahah

Kim is seriously the most humble rich woman I have ever seen. She isn't flaunting her wealth and she is very aware that money is hard to earn. I really respect her a lot, in order to buy these, you really have to work HARD for it, you don't just work at Mc Donald's for a few months or even a year or more then easily buy these.

haha but the ultra rich don't earn an income, so how'd they be taxed on income? Income/salary are for poor people and peasants. They paid their fair share of (luxury) goods and service taxes, capital gains, employee salaries and taxes, property taxes etc etc etc.

I think someone should get Kim a wardrobe/clothes arrangement worker who can rearrange things every week or so and label them and do something to simplify for her to look at and find stuff. Because she really seems passionate about it and unfortunately is too busy to take care of them and forgets later.

It's an amazing collection! Well I would get a valuer in and then sell the ones I don't really want or impractical like you mentioned Kim. Then use that money to buy what you were after in the video. Insurance on all this would be very difficult and what would you do during an emergency such as weather or theft? I think that one room alone was about 200 million. Money is everything if you have to work hard, can't enjoy your time or sit down coz there's so many designer things. If you do get married I would suggest a prenup so your husband doesn't get half your family money or assetts. Smart planning. Secure your assets and plan ahead just incase there's a risk you'll lose it all at a particular house. Still really enjoyed watching this and seeing it all.
