It's COSTCO DAY - my favorite video of the month!! If you enjoyed this video, please give it a THUMBS UP as it really helps my channel 👇🏼What deals are you looking for this holiday season? Let me know 👇🏼
I'm looking for a xmas gift for my techy bff that isn't too expensive. I never know what to buy him but he has been such a help to me this year. He helped me move and was a big help after the house fire and flood. I need to get him something good.
Should I wait to buy air pod pros until closer to Black Friday ?
Our daughter works at Costco and she loves it. She also lets us know when deals come up. Insider info...😀
6:30 - $49.99, it does go on sale at a Costco in Maryland it went as low as $39.99, slightly related KODA is also the maker of that Lightbar (Shop Bar Light) 3 light up parts.
come back to wkyc matt lol. we'll do weather lol
From a 25 year Costco employee...THANK YOU! We appreciate your channel.
You do? That is so cool to hear!!
LOL get a REAL JOB
I got the adjustable desk on September 29th for $60 off. Because of this video I called Costco and they said, I would get $40 back from Costco in the mail to get the current $100 off offer. Yippee! Thank you Matt for your cost savings videos!!!
Woohoo! Proud of you
We have that desk and it's awesome!
I was coming to the comments to see about this desk - worth the $$?
Is this desk available in Canada
I have this desk for my home office, it's amazing! I paid $50 more a few months ago. Deff jump on this deal.
Is it just me or is it amazing when Matt tells us he loves us at the end of his videos? Always makes me smile.
And, I know that he means it. ❤
Many of us live alone and this is a great reminder that we have value. I’m thankful to hear it.
It's like the greeter in the movie "Idiocracy":
"Welcome to Costco, I love you"
😂😂😂
@@sheilasanders1196Yes you do!❤
he loves your money.
I cracked up laughing when you made the coffee joke about yourself. We all love your energy!!! I look forward to your videos all the time ❤
If you gas up at Costco, and once in a while have a hotdog and coke, you more than pay for the membership.
I have the snow cover for the window and mirrors from Costco. I love it. I'm "on call" regularly in the year. To just pull the snow off the window is a blessing when you're in a hurry.
I bought the standing desk when I first saw it in the spring. I thought it was a great deal at full price--so this sale is awesome!! I've been using it for about six months and I LOVE it. It moves from sitting to standing easily and has presets (and a lock button so your elbow doesn't accidentally adjust the height). One thing--it's very heavy, so make sure you have help like I needed. Thanks to some congenial local teens, assembly was easy LOL.
I've had it for a while, maybe over a year at this point and I've been really happy with it as well.
@@becsmix thank you both for sharing! always so much more helpful to hear opinions from people who have been using for a while since you never know how stuff will hold up over time ☺
I’m not certain how long it lasts, but Costco does price adjust for a pretty long time. You might want to check and see if they’ll give you a credit back.
What is the name of the brand
Imagine Matt invited us all over for a family get-together/barbecue & served everything from the trunk of his car, sampled desserts & all 🤣🤣
I bet he's got the best stuff in there for Trunk or Treat ;) ❤
Yes!
My husband works at Costco has for 10 years and we are always watching your videos (especially me) Our Costco is in Pittsburgh and has much of the same but some items we don't have like the pumpkin Madeleines I just yelled at him for not bringing home lol
I know some things are not at my Costco I looked for that belkin two port wireless charger and they didn't carry it. Is it possible to have it ordered from another Costco 🤷🏼♂️
Yay! Costco always my favorite!!! Retro Atari?!? Sold! Space Invaders, Pitfall, Pong…I shall enjoy reliving my childhood!!! We bought the Gourmia at Costco last year on your advice…awesome appliance, works great, easy to clean, use it nearly daily. Worth every penny!! If choosing, I’d go with the Vornado heater on sale vs the Presto, we own both. Presto died after working long and hard for about 10 years, so good points for that. Not the safest around kids, very hot, nothing to stop little fingers from getting in. I have gotten burned from sitting too close to it. Vornado heats well, doesn’t get hot, has more safety features, and a fan blower, so heats a larger area more effectively, imo, it’s better. I was really tempted by the French Onion soup cause I love it and it’s not the easiest one to cook at home…but didn’t want to buy without tasting first, I’ll trust Matt and go for it! I got the women’s fleece jacket, very comfortable and nicely constructed, not bulky at all. Good fall jacket, or just to wear. Styled/cut well so you don’t look like a marshmallow! Thanks again, @The Deal Guy you rock, as always! Get some rest for Amazon Prime Days coming soon!
FYI, Sorel boots is one of the best boot companies out there for boots that will keep your feet warm in well below zero temps. Granted it depends on the model but I have a pair that are at least 20 years old. Granted they could use new inserts but I now only use them to shovel the drive. In the past I used take my dog out to the woods for a 3 mile hike everyday in the winter.
We always love your Costco videos. Thanks for the hard work you put into this video. 😊
My husband got that Beast blender, maybe a month ago, from Costco and he absolutely LOVES it! Our Nutri-bullet used to whip too much air into his smoothies and this one is perfect!
Also, I saw a lady with one of those flatbed carts LOADED with nothing but those s'mores makers yesterday! 👀 We bought the meatloaf and the chili too!
I bought the Snow Trax several years ago and now have a pair in every vehicle and buy for relatives that get icy walkways and driveways.
You actually don't have to wait for Black Friday. Costco's discount policy applies to those items too. Which means you can literally buy the item days or weeks before Black Friday and beat the crowd. Then come back and get compensated for the price reduction later.
true!
True but then you have to stand in a 2 hour long line.
I once bought a kid's bike at Costco and about two weeks later, the price dropped by $10. I was told that because the price drop had not taken place within 6 days of my purchase, I couldn't get a price adjustment. Perhaps, I was misinformed or it's specific to certain merchandise. 🤷🏽♀️
@@KarlaMartinez-mw9ph I thought you had one month. Otherwise, just buy a new one and return the original.
@KarlaMartinez-mw9ph If they get snotty with you at returns, I would return the bike to Costco get my money back and then buy the bike at the discounted $10. Then I would buy two rotisserie chickens. 😅
We registered for Bodum double walled mugs and glasses for our wedding. They are very nice to use. However, they do break, and when they do, they shatter into a million tiny shards. 15 years later we only have maybe 1 or 2 left 😢
I love them too. But look out when it breaks
Thank you! With a couple of kitties in the house, they just came off my list.
12:29 Those Snow Trax really work. They're like studded snow tires for your boots.
Estrom toffee is an excellent product. I buy several tubs every Christmas as gifts. I rate Estrom Toffee 5 stars!!!
They are also much more on qvc
4:57 That is a Great price for Enstrom toffee petites. Just got my seasonal catalog in which a 30oz box(60) is $51. Thank you so much for the heads up❣️
Love your videos, Matt! Thank you for all you do for us!
Thank you!
Shout out to all the moms and dads out there putting in all the time, energy, and nurturing that raising healthy, happy, well-adjusted tiny humans requires.
I bought the heated throw last week & I ❤❤❤ it!! Super soft & really warm on just the 2nd setting. Thanks Matt for doing these! ❤ U!
It is so nice!
Thanks. Now I will definitely get one. Nope, make it 2 because my 16 yo girl will steal mine! Lol. 😂
Does the fabric shed everywhere? 🙂
@@ColletteC2106 No, not a bit. I’ve had both black pants as well as blue jeans under it & have not had a single fiber/thread noticed. GREAT quality! I’m thrilled with this throw compared to the crappy ones I’ve bought from Walmart in the past. You will not regret this purchase. I just hope it lasts for years to come!
I bought some of those folding chairs. They are good but they have a nut and screw that really likes to randomly pop-off. So my husband used special super hold glue on them. These chairs are great for young children and very sturdy (once the screws are properly secured).
We have the 2015-16 version and I remember them being $25 ea. Inflation is a bummer.
You can also use the blower to blow the snow off your car. Then you can use the snow brush you showed to finish the job. Just blow the snow in the same direction as the wind. You wouldn’t want to have snow in your face.
Good idea, I’m definitely going to try that this winter! We bought ours in the spring and it has made cleaning out the gutters so much quicker.
Lol. You wife is a Saint for putting up with all this food being opened and tasted before it even arrives home.
She knows it’s worth it to help all of you :) (plus who hates desserts 😉)
Nobody tops Matt in these what you should be buying videos! Excited to see his picks for Amazon Prime Days!
The adjustable table is great for sewing.
I absolutely appreciate your Costco videos, & I'm excited for your coverage of the October prime days. Thanks Matt!
Thank you Matt for your hard work and helping us decide what we need to buy at Costco
My husband and I got the Atari system as soon as we saw it. It was super fun to go through the games and reminisce the ones we played as kids. It is a great buy and perfect to share with our 6 year old son who is just starting out on gaming.
The best part is that there is a MicroSD card slot where you can load other Atari games, as well as other non-Atari system games. There are a lot of YT videos on how to do that too!
The Solo Bonfire is $249 if you purchase directly from manufacturer.
Bought the Gourmia air fryer and so far impressed with it along with the price. Love your videos.
5:37 This is a very soft carpet and it does make it more comfortable to have in a mud room space.
The Halloween ravioli on Valentine’s Day joke made me laugh. Thanks
Costco prices aren’t very good lately, you have to shop very carefully and not get caught up in the warehouse buying frenzy.
I’m surprised how often I can go into the electronics department and almost nothing is on reduction.
They spend an awful lot of time moving things around so you have to go look for them. The time would be better spent picking daily or weekly specials.
Sam’s Club chickens taste better and have less questionable ingredients.
Thanks Matt! Love the enthusiasm and energy as always. We appreciate your hard work on putting these videos together
AirWick plugins are so much more versatile than these diffusers. All of them require additional purchases of specific and limited fragrances. With Airwick, you can refill them yourself with a carrier oil and essential or fragrance oils, which open the experience to a near infinite variation of fragrances. You need a bunch of them to fill an area, I use 3 in my studio apartment, but they only cost $15!
You earned a subscription from me. Freezing the bats then serving them on Valentine’s Day. Yep, you deserve a follow for that.
Carol is absolutely right about the boots.
those mugs would do well with french onion soup or chili or hor apple cider
Great video as always Matt! I love that you showed the nutrition panel on a bunch of the food items this time - I think you should keep that going!
My wife and I love the meat loaf and mashed potatoes. Our Costco has been out of them the last two times we were there which throws a wrinkle into our weekend meal plans.
I spent almost 15 minutes playing Galaga on the Pac-Man arcade unit when I visited Costco a few days ago. Great arcade memories from my childhood.
Thanks for great videos, Matt!
The pumpkin bread was being put together for the first time yesterday. We were the first to get it because I asked them for one. My wife asked if we could pull a Matt granite and eat some out of the truck of our car. However the dried mushrooms were awful, we got them last year.
Love your bat ravioli idea! ❤😄
Get the dried mushrooms if you like mushrooms, they pack a ton of flavour and have a long shelf life.
I just found your channel and i can't stop watching the videos. You are the most "dad" person on RUclips I have seen and I love it! ❤
The makeup sponge thing is an INSANE deal. Usually one of those sponges is $10. Thank you for another awesome video!!
Thank you so much for the fridge dimensions!
Thank you, Matt! I hope you and your family are doing well.
You too Taryn!
We have 2 of the disc heaters. One in the garage for my husband when he works out there in the winter and one in our den, which is the coldest room in the house. They are awesome, but very directional.
I highly recommend the Tresanti electric standing desk. My wife and I bought a pair a couple of years ago at Costco for that $200 and they are still going strong in our home office.
You are so good at providing information in a hilarious way - I'll stick to a Glade plug-in 😂😂, serving the bats and pumpkin raviolis on Valentines 🤣🤣. Thanks for your great videos.
At first when you were describing the pumpkin loaf you said "loaf at" and I was hoping you said "low fat!" 😂
Right? With that thick cream cheese frosting and "white chocolate" flakes 😋
I’ve watched other presenters of products but none compare to how you do it. You are the only one I continuously look forward to seeing. Keep up the great job! And, thanks.
Love all your videos Matt!! You’ve helped me buy much needed gadgets or items but never the sweet stuff lol. Just blows my mind though with the amount of sweet, sugary, high fat desserts sold by American stores and enjoyed by so many.
Yeah. Powers that be KNOW that sugar f-‘s with your body and becomes addiction! PLANNED! Chocolate is my downfall!!! Im TRYING to do fresh fruit more😩😝🙏🏻❤️
It's so amazing the price difference by area. The Frostblocker at my Costco is $42. 😢
I really enjoy watching your videos. And the “I love you “ at the end is a nice touch.
It really is nice how Matt is so pleasant and loving to us all!
Was looking at the $600 refrigerator deal. I can’t find that refrigerator anywhere on the Costco website - not even out-of-stock items. Also, I believe the dimensions listed are switched. Should be 65.75” height and 32.75” width.
You are a genuine sweet human being and your “I love you” is wonderful to hear and it is very much needed in todays world. Thank you for being you
I love the way you keep things moving! Only Costco videos I watch. WHat part of the country are you in. I am in the Southeast, and the food options here are sometimes different. Just wondering if you are in the Mid-west, Northeast, etc.
I think Matt is in the northeast, maybe PA.
Thanks Matt for keeping us informed on some of the best deals out there. QUESTION: Will you be on live for Amazon Prime this Week????
You always show products I had no idea Costco sells!
I recently learned that Costco sells gold bullion and chicken coops. This may sound like a joke, but it's true!
We have those microfiber entry rugs, and they work well for us. For the Costco lover, I saw a Costco themed Monopoly at my local store.
We went to Costco today & bought the pack of 14 makeup blenders & my daughter LOVES them!!! Such an awesome deal for only $9.99, great gift item too.
Thank you Matt☺️. You always make my shopping so much easier. The electric smores maker is on my list, and so is the emergency car pack with cables ect., and some food items you mentioned. Love you too❤, and God bless you, and all your family❤️❤️❤️❤️🙏🙏🙏🙏😊☺️
Just ran across this channel, so glad I did. The authenticity is amazing, Eating and reviewing the products out of the trunk of his car😂❤
We love your humor and clever asides... e.g., keeping the glass container to reminisce about having eaten from it out of the trunk of your car.. 😀
I appreciate the recommendations in this video; it's like getting an insider's guide to the best deals for October. The variety of items covered, from kitchen appliances to clothing and electronics, is impressive. I'm particularly interested in the air fryer, and I'll definitely be checking out the seasonal food items. Thanks for sharing! 🛒💡📺
You were right, it was a big one! I love Tate’s chocolate chip cookies! Can’t wait to try the holiday mix! Wow you had a lot of great deals in the video. Making my list now! Thank you, Matt! ❤️❤️❤️
What a throwback for me... Back when I saw crazy Matt G. on WKYC in CLE years ago. Keep up the good work!
Thank you for coming back to say hello!!
FYI...those dried mushrooms are delicious and perfect for mixing with sauerkraut to make home made pierogi!!!
You rock! Can't get enough of you eating out of your trunk. Thanks for another great video. Cheers.
so many fun things about this video. The fact that you TRY the bakery goods (Because I wonder if should try them lol), the random side commentary (about the men's loafers being one color, and glade plugins but i support you LOL), entertaining for sure
I bought my daughter a Gourmia 7qt. Air Fryer and it was cooking and stopped. So I took it back to Costco and got another one. That one didn’t even come on. Thought you would like to know. Love you’re videos!!!!
How weird! I feel like you just had bad luck because I've only ever heard amazing things about the Gourmia Air Dryers
your*
You're is a contraction of you are.
The chemicals it is made of couldn’t be good either . Stainless is better
Make sure to test the S’mores maker within return window. I bought one at Walgreens and it didn’t heat up. After some research I learned it’s a common problem.
We look forward to your Costco videos each month. Thank you! You’re wonderful. 🙂
I love your videos. Thank you. 😊 ❤
I work at costco and had to put that Pac-Man game together. Yeah, don't buy it. It's a nightmare to put together and it doesn't seem to fit together properly. Nothing lines up right.
That's because it's a PacMan game. I bet the Ms. PacMan arcade game will be easier to assemble and play.
Headed to my favorite Costco in Anchorage, AK on Wednesday. Thanks for reminding me I need to pick up some ice scrapers & windshield covers😊.
Beef chili and cornbread muffins. Sounds like dinner.
Add cinnamon rolls in there and you've got the perfect meal
Thanks, Matt-this was great useful information! ❤🎉😊
I went to Costco this past Saturday, and only went for groceries. It was so packed I didn’t really get to look around, I’ll have to go back soon to get that desk! I’ve been wanting to buy one since I finally got a gaming pc, thanks for the great vid!
the berkshire faux fur blankets on sale thru 10/12 are also wonderful. so soft and machine washable.
Their button down dress shirts are the best shirts I've ever owned. Great fit and they last forever. Better than the Brooks Brothers shirts I had
Costco is where Mrs. Mitt Romney buys her hubby's dress shirts as well.
Thank you , Matt. I recently visited my Costco and my only purchase was the Harry Potter Crochet set. When finished, it will be gifted to one of my grands as she has always been a Potter fan!
Thank you for your October CostCo finds, Matt! 🤗 Your comment about the Tom Cruise doppelgänger cracked me up. 😂 I really needed a good laugh today. Thank you. 🙏
The Koda garage light is really bright in case anyone is wondering.
New Costco opening up in Southern Maine ! Will finally be able to make the most out of the Costco videos now 😉!
Would that be in Portland ? Bangor, not so south. Great news, BC the closest one is currently Nashua NH. Enjoy !
Always enjoy your Costco videos, especially now that I'm a new member!!! I love the ladies Pendleton rain jackets, the jumbo pumpkins, and some of the food items! I always look forward to this video!
Hi Matt! The Hexclad set is a great purchase. I bought my set a year ago, and they look and work great. I highly recommend them. Thank you for putting together all the great buys at Costco!
Did he mean induction-ready? I heard infrared.
I just bought 3 of the microfiber mats. They are well worth the money!
I don’t have a Costco membership, but I thoroughly enjoyed this video
On the solar charged Arlo cams, we don’t get enough sun in the Midwest for the cams to stay charged, that has been my experience, the solar chargers are useless even in the summer time.
My local Costco is supposedly the 2nd busiest in the country. Fortunately I can go there on weekday mornings, but weekends are a zoo, and weekends in the holiday season are impossible. Later this month they are opening a new Costco closer to my house which I’m guessing will also be a zoo but hopefully it lightens the crowds a bit.
Would that happen to be in Indiana?
@@OneTakeTuber California
Chairs! Get those chairs. I bought my set of folding chairs from Costco in 1992. Yes, I've had to redo the fabric a couple of times, but the chairs are still in daily use. Solid design.
Hi Deal Guy thank you for helping me with my shopping list
Be careful with those dry mushrooms. They had those years ago. They are the only dry mushrooms that became moldy after 6 months. I am used to buying dry mushrooms, and these are not worth it unless you’re going to use them really fast. They will certainly not great quality.
Maybe you contaminated them yourself w wet hands.
@@kookietherapy9398 no. I never put my hands inside the jar, only a spoon. And they started rotting from the bottom up. It’s not the first time Costco sells something like that. We have seen rotten sausages there and brought it to the attention of the manager. And just this week my husband bought dry mangoes that were not dry enough. He will eat those fast enough to not get bad, but they certainly have that issue.
Thanks for always considering a wide range of consumers with a wide range of budgets and needs. I always appreciate your value assessments :).
