But every time you showcase a food item and you show how you are ( for the lack of a better word ) EATING it. It either compels me to look away real fast in disgust or plain rather makes me gag.

I don’t even have a Costco near me & yet I always am eager to watch these each month. 🤣
I drive an hour to get to one. I bring lots of ice to keep things cold (especially in the summer). It's worth it. We do all our errands that same day. I live out in the country, so we are bulk buyers.
Ask someone who tries to be equal friendly. Having stasher at Costco is a big win. I've tried many reusable bags and these are top-notch. It pays off right away, especially if you have little ones.

Well I am pleased to know that I have been a "dessert researcher" all of these years! Lol.
While I love Costco and Sam's for many items, I typically focus on the items that are on sale or difficult to find outside of the clubs. Sometimes the pricing doesn't necessarily make sense for what you're getting... Especially on produce
We got that ladies sweater and it is SUPER comfy! Plus the best part is that is won't cause you to overheat like alot of sweaters. Not sure how, but it's amazing that I can wear a comfy sweater and not die from over heating!
I bought the Stash silicone storage bags a number of years ago. They work great and well worth it! Don't know about the break-even cost, but I kept a lot of throwaway plastic bags out of the landfill!
I have a different brand silicone bags that aren't quite as handy, as the have separate slide on bars for closure while these Stash bags seem to have snap closures. But, silicone bags are great for storage and as you note, keep hundreds if not more single use plastic bags out of our environment. They wash easily and are sturdy.
I would suggest keeping an eye out at Natural Grocer as they are more aggressive on markdowns on silicone bags.
Stasher bags are great. And so durable. And I’ve found they don’t leak like so many other ones.

it's nothing short of shocking and insane how expensive literally EVERYTHING is now.
My husband says the same thing. He's out of touch with how expensive things are. The prices are insane anymore

We have the microfiber floor mat and it has held up well so far (several months? I don’t remember when we got it). Our insane cat that eats everything has not tried to eat it, unlike our previous rug, so bonus points for that!
The OXO storage containers are great - they keep food fresh & are super easy to open & close - no fumbling with cross-threaded screw-on lids. They look nice too. I paid about $7 for just one small container many years ago which I still use. They hold up very well.👍
What kinds of foods do you like to store in it? Just curious since you’ve had it so long, I’d trust your opinion.

(I only store dry foods in it & have never tried wet foods/soups. Not sure if they're made for that kind of storage. 🤔)
I have several that I use for dry food storage. They help keep things fresh and bug free. I store oatmeal, pasta and chips in mine. OXO is a quality brand and worth paying a bit more for as their products are sturdy and last.
@hatchling88 Yes, awesome products. I just tossed my beloved (lol) OXO can opener after 20+ years. It was an $8 K-Mart purchase & a crazy splurge at the time. It still worked up until recently, but was too corroded with rust & shmutz to easily manage anymore. Tossing it broke my heart... 😂💔

Oh LOVE that cake! We purchased it for a birthday party. It was DELICIOUS!!!
The clearance motion detector light works amazing. I have one and you can move the lights around and change how long it stays on.

The beanies with the lights are awesome. Bought a pack and my son took them to a scout camp and that is all he used for two days. Battery held up for that time. Are far as the breakfast sandwiches that doesn’t seem like that great of a deal for an eight count when jimmy dean is a twelve.
Please carefully inspect Costco Ravioli before purchasing, the two times I tried to purchase Ravioli from Costco it looked fine and when I got home and opened up it was moldy (nowhere near out of date)

I purchased the Roomba after viewing your posting. Got home install to discover that it is a refurbished unit that was previously registered by someone else. I had to clean the wheel and roller that were not cleaned when being refurbished. The internal filter is about 5% used and the bag already has trash in it. A trip back to Costco is in the works.
It sounds like a customer just returned it used and someone didn't catch it. That's an EPIC fail.
@@tamis1111 The box was factory sealed. An EPIC fail if the manufacturer provided refurbished units and Costco doesn't know or even worse is Costco does know and is selling as new.

Oooh that Hamilton Beach upright freezer is wonderful! We bought it earlier this year at Costco when our chest freezer died and it is great for organizing your items!

@@mkirby7815 We live in the south and our garage gets too warm so we keep it in our laundry room. The small chest freezer this replaced was kept in our garage in Oklahoma without issue. I know it doesn’t answer your question but if we lived in a cooler climate, I wouldn’t hesitate to keep this freezer in the garage. I hope this helps 🌺

I can vouch for the foot warmers…my feet are always cold, and the heat lasts a good 8-9 hours, aren’t uncomfortable to walk in, and don’t get so hot they burn. I also bought my husband the blue sweater, he loves it and it fits well…he hates stuff tight around his neck so the zipper neck is perfect for him. Our Costco has the 9 pack of Chicken Cordon Bleu back!!! They are so good, and I think are $15…total bargain. They’re large and filling, easy to bake (no air fryer directions, tho…still might try it.) Also, I can vouch for that Vornado heater. Heats very nicely, easily adjustable, isn’t hot to the touch, and will turn off if knocked over. (I still don’t get the Dyson thing…crazy to pay that, imo…but I’ve never tried one, so perhaps I’m missing out.) The journaling set is a bargain!!! Those are high end Japanese markers and other stationery and if bought separately (like I have,) you’re going to spend way more than $30!! If you can get a separate freezer, go for it! We bought one last year, and as a couple, didn’t feel like we could buy bulk size a lot with frozen (or can be frozen, like bread/cake, etc) because our fridge wouldn’t hold it. Now, we divide up the portions, use a vacuum sealer to keep it from going bad, and are able to get 10lbs of ground beef, or other really big frozen items like those breakfast sandwiches. Worth every penny cause we can stock up on sales! Thanks, Deal Guy…and I don’t believe you wear anything but the dress shirt, tie, and slacks 24/7 🤣 Thanks for my beloved Costco video!!! (And…is Costco or Aldi my favorite? Hmmm…) P.S., I’d love it if you’d keep doing the IKEA videos!!!

@@allison471 Very likely! I know some stores are union stores. I have a friend who was high up in management at Costco. She said the union stores were very hard to work in, the people were not as nice and helpful as in non-union stores, and the service not as good. I'm guessing that might be a source of bad reviews. I've found it fine. We will see how this delivery goes. It might be coming from a union store as it is back east.

I was just there. Not as exciting as I had hoped but I guess it depends on what u r looking for. I did get big bags of Lindt truffles for gifts for $9.99. Big fan of members mark cheese crisps/Parmesan crisps. Delicious & better deal than tiny bags for $4 or $5. Big bag for $9.
If u r a gardener, the plainsman work gloves r on sale for $15.98 for 2 pk. High quality leather. Been using for yrs. For yard work too.

They had those gingerbread muffins (sans cookie garnish) in my area's store in 2019. They're pretty damn good and I plan on picking these up on my next Costco run.
We also bought the Bissel Pro Heat pet carpet cleaner for about $80 from Amazon a few years back. Costco is great but they don't always have the best prices around. Anyway, the machine has been a life saver and I'd recommend it to anyone with pets or small children.
